I enjoyed this K-Cup machine it's better than the one I had it's more confined in everything so it doesn't take up so much counter space. Also it's a lot better when you just put the water in your cup for how much you want poured in the reservoir put your K-Cup in push down the lever after you turn it on and then press the strong button for how strong you want your coffee and then press the big button for it to start and see if you can watch the water being sucked in to the machine and getting heated up ... show more

So far, so good. This mini is perfect. It takes up minimal counter space, so easy to clean, makes a great cup of pod coffee quickly. Love it! Also, if you have large cups , as I do, you can add a little more water to reservoir once the brewing starts and water starts dispensing down.

I purchased this Keurig last week, it died after maybe 6-8 cups of coffee. I realized too late it was probably a remanufactured item or a return. A real piece of junk. This unit should not have failed so quickly, we have had this model in the past and it is still functioning. Do not buy.

This is easy, fast and makes great coffee but buyers should know it does not have a warmer to keep the coffee hot. It’s for that quick cup of coffee you then keep hot in some other way
