First of all, a cosmetic detail... In the picture for this particular model it shows a "Coffee" label, but the mug actually has "KETIEE" in big letters next to the Ketiee logo, and below that it says "Coffee Mug". This may be important to some people which is why I mention it. The mug looks very nice. It is very easy to clean. I tested it and can confirm that it is absolutely leakproof when the lid is closed properly. I really wanted to give this 5 stars, but I couldn't because it didn't come as advertised (as far as the design on the side). This is a pet peeve of mine. The mug can be a little slippery if you have very dry hands, so if you foresee this being a problem you may want to go with another version that has the grip. Also, there is thin rubber base attached to the bottom but mine was not attached properly. It was off center and sticking off the side. I tried to put it back into place but that didn't work out so well. I doubt this is a problem that happens in all of them so I don't want to be too critical of that. Overall I think this a nice travel mug that is priced right.

Looking for a perfect travel mug to use with my Keurig and this would be perfect but for one thing. It has a little rubber plunger that when all closed up cover the vent hole in the middle of the lid. But when you flip the little drink spout cap open the rubber plunger pokes you right in the nose when you take a drink... lol. I thought about cutting it off but then I'd have coffee everywhere as I travel. Funny engineering cause they had to notice that in design. If you don't have a big nose like me it's a perfect cup especially for the Keurig cause it fits underneath with ease and I love the rubber grip, it feels really good. I'd say give it a try and if the plunger in the nose doesn't bother you it's a great mug

This insulated coffee cup is doing its job very well by holding my coffee and keeping it warm. So far, it is the fourth cup I've ordered that has this design. I've only had this item for two weeks, and during that time, it has performed as well as others of this design; it holds the temperature of liquids for up to three hours and keeps hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold. At two weeks, I am liking it very much; we will see if it follows the other designs and continues to perform the same way the other cups I have do.

OK, it works. It doesn't leak, is ergonomically sound for me, holds just the right amount, and keeps warm an acceptable period of time. I have three of them and I love them. Fits in my Keurig perfectly and keeps my coffee hot for about 90 minutes - great for me. If you want a Yeti, pay for a Yeti :-)

I like the design and it fits perfectly in a cup holder. Cup will not leak if in the closed position and won’t slip from your hand. I drink my coffee pretty fast so it’s not a big deal to me, but just know that it will not keep your coffee hot, at all.
