I purchased two Kerryyoo K71 ride-on units (blue and white) for my grandkids for Christmas. When they visited on December 28 and opened the presents, they immediately started riding them. The blue unit broke right away—the entire wheel housing failed, not just the wheel, but the plastic structure itself snapped. Just three days later, the same issue happened with the white unit. The company provided a return label, but I was required to pay approximately $200 in return shipping. As of March 20, 2026, I still have not received a refund. I have since contacted Amazon customer service by phone and filed a claim. I am hoping to recover both the purchase amount and the return shipping fees. In my opinion, this is a very poor-quality product made with cheap plastic. Even more disappointing is the company’s customer service, which has been worse than the product itself. For context, I purchase frequently through Amazon Prime and rarely return items, so this has been an unusually frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing from this company. Thank you.

Overall good quality. My 10 yr old is 80 lbs and this thing hits 12mph. She flies on it. Has ridden several times since Christmas. The only thing is that you definitely will need to change out the rear casters to make it ride quiet and smoother. You can pick up a set of replacement rubber casters at harbor freight for $10/set. There are also ones that you can find on Amazon for cheap for like $20 for a set of 4. Most have brakes though, but with a little sanding of rivet pins and punching them out with a hammer…you can remove the brake levers, otherwise they will rub against the chassis. That goes for pretty much any caster with a lever brake. Harbor freight is definitely the easiest way to replace them. Just remove the old caster and take it with you to compare that it’s the right size.

The media could not be loaded. As a parent, safety is my top concern. This drift kart delivers. The low-center design makes it almost impossible to tip over. The frame is incredibly robust and the seat is comfortable. The controls are simple and responsive. It's the perfect blend of thrilling and safe, which is so hard to find. Highly recommend for anyone with responsible kids and a safe, smooth space to ride.

We ordered the Kerry Yoo K71 24V Drift Kart on December 12 and arrived Dec 16. We wrapped it and our 9-year-old son unwrapped for Christmas Dec 25, and it was charged Dec 26. He rode it Dec 27-28 and the left front small support wheel broke off the red plastic frame, not the metal assembly, but the whole wheel assembly with part of the red plastic frame broke off. The power battery last about an hour longer than mentioned. Speed and fun was great for our son until it broke off. See photo. We are returning it, the wheel chrome assembly stayed in tack, but it tore of the red plastic body / frame with the small wheel.

The 24V brushless motor provides a really smooth ride without any jarring movements. My 8 year old daughter can control the car with confidence. The drifting is fun but feels safe thanks to the low-center gravity and stable design. The lights are beautiful and very vibrant. The battery life is long, allowing for extended play. !Update! So after the original item was defective and stopped working after 2 uses by my daughter i contacted the seller through the returns process. They were very responsive, and sent me a return label...although shipping was not pre paid. i then asked for pre-paid shipping and they decided to ship me a new item. They also threw in a 4 month extended warranty. But i am very pleased with the response time and customer support process that is involved with this product. I really hope this second one lasts longer than the first because my daughter loved riding this thing. Other notes of the actual cart. It is perfectly suitable for a 7 year old. low and high gear means that they can get used to it in low, and has the extra power if they decide they want to go faster, which they probably will. (you will have to hustle to keep up with them). The wheels are plastic so the ride is pretty loud. my daughter said its loud as well. But not overbearing for her. She loves driving it. (might think about getting aftermarket wheels off amazon somewhere) it can do some pretty tight spins, which is great. It islow to the ground to reduce it flipping, but it IS possible for the thing to tip over if going at a high speed and then hits something like mud or something sideways. ( WEAR a helmet!!! and the seat belt!!) its not too heavy though, so it wont Crush a 7 year old by any means. and they can easily turn it back over. The battery life for the time that she rode it was about what the add says. around an hour--hour and a half. i didn't test charge time. just charged it overnight after its use. The ride is pretty awesome for her ( if it works ) i recommend the extended warranty, and make sure you test it a couple times within the return window! Original review--My daughter of 60 lbs rode it LITERALLY 2x and now will not go. tried everything and checked connections, tried charging. ITEM IS DEFECTIVE
