These are very cool. Both my son and husband use them. They are easy to adjust, and have held up for quite a while so far. The only thing I didn't care for is that when you take the weight out, it is square - but I'm not using them so I don't care that much.

Great adjustable barbell. I bought a second one because the first quickly became my favorite piece of equipment. The mechanism is smooth and easy to operate on both, and even with both barbells they take up only about 1.5sqft of space in my home. The weight measurement for each level is accurate on both dumbells also with the exception of the 10lb setting which actually weighs in slightly heavier. Great value.

These work great. I've had no issues yet. Grip feels good. Easy to adjust. I'd recommend getting both the 40 AND the 25 set. It would be nice to have in-between weights to really wear your muscles down.

I have used these dumb bells for over 4 months now and I'm very happy with them. The only negative thing I could say about them is that when you put them back in their rack while there are some weights still in the rack, is that it's a little difficult at times to get them seated properly. Maybe that issue will go away over time, or maybe it won't, but isn't not a big issue to me. The weights work like they should and it's easy to adjust the weight setting. The only other thing is that I probably should have ordered the weight set that was the next heavier (up to 50lb.) but I didn't know how much I would need, so that's on me! Overall, good value for the price - sturdy product.

I bought these in 02-24 and have used them 3 times a week through 11-24. I am very happy with the value and utility of these dumbells. No, they are not built like the well known names N or Bflex but they are no where near the cost either. I am 61 and have managed to really improve my upper body strength with easy to adjust weight settings and ultimate portability. The one issue is with the plastic tangs centered in the base of each bell (2nd photo. They plastic tang is wearing a bit so I use a small file or razor blade to keep the tang sharp. Works very well now. I am going to move up to a more robust weight set from these 25 pounders to a 55 pound set.
