I have used these dumb bells for over 4 months now and I'm very happy with them. The only negative thing I could say about them is that when you put them back in their rack while there are some weights still in the rack, is that it's a little difficult at times to get them seated properly. Maybe that issue will go away over time, or maybe it won't, but isn't not a big issue to me. The weights work like they should and it's easy to adjust the weight setting. The only other thing is that I probably should have ordered the weight set that was the next heavier (up to 50lb.) but I didn't know how much I would need, so that's on me! Overall, good value for the price - sturdy product.

These are great for an affordable adjustable dumbbell. They are super easy to adjust and seem to be durable, I've had them for over 6 months now, and not had a single issue with them, using them 4 days a week. Would definitely recommend

I’ve been using the Keppi Adjustable Dumbbells 55lbs Set for home workouts and overall they’re really convenient. Being able to change weights quickly makes workouts a lot smoother, especially when switching between exercises. Adjusting the weight is easy and straightforward, and the mechanism works well during workouts. It feels secure when the weights are properly set, and I haven’t had issues while actually lifting. The only downside I’ve noticed is when putting them back on the tray after a set. Sometimes it doesn’t fully slot in right away unless you line it up at a very precise angle. It’s not a big issue, but it can take a second to adjust your hand position so everything sits properly on the tray. Once you get used to it, it becomes easier, but it’s something I still notice occasionally during quick workout transitions. Pros: -Easy and quick weight adjustment -Saves space compared to full dumbbell sets -Secure and stable during workouts -Convenient for home use Cons: -Sometimes tricky to re-rack on the tray after a set -Requires precise alignment to sit properly on the tray -Slight learning curve at first Overall, it’s a solid adjustable dumbbell set for home workouts. Very convenient to use, and the small re-racking issue is manageable once you get used to how it fits. (Rack sold separately)
