i bought this mirror twice, the first time it arrived to my house shattered. amazon was good about me getting a refund and i got a new one the following week. its ultra clear and the fogger works well. the backlight is the perfect amount of brightness. it comes with an electrical connection to plug into an outlet so make sure you have a professional help you install it. we had to have an electrician install an outlet behind the mirror so just plan in advance. ur also going to need some way to mount it. i’m happy with the purchase ... show more

We renovated our condo bathroom over the summer and was so happy that this mirror gave us the modern look we were striving for. It is big enough to make our small bathroom feel larger and luxurious. It did require two people install it. The light on the brightest level was a lot brighter than we were expecting (which is great). No issues with the dehumidifier. Though about 2.5 months after installing it, we noticed the electrical humming behind the mirror when it was dimmed to its lowest setting. I reached out to the company, and to correct the issue they mailed us a new LED driver to replace on the back of the mirror. They even reimbursed us for the repair costs! Here is the bad first- it was a nightmare receiving and installing. The first one came broken (and I was unaware). I advise you to peek under the plastic edges before installing, b/c my corner was chipped off. I didn't know until it was installed and we removed the protective plastic (which they advise to keep on until after installation). Needless to say, getting it down was a hassle. Bigger issue getting it returned b/c it's very heavy and I'm a petite woman- so getting it to UPS was an awful challenge. Plus I threw away the packaging so I had to buy a $47 box to ship it back :( And over a week later, I am still waiting for a refund. Also, it comes with a plug that you have to attach your self. This plug protrudes from the wall about 1.5" (and even with a recessed outlet). My contractor had to search all over Orange County to find a plug that is not as deep so the mirror will lie flush to the wall. The good- I ordered a new one. It came intact and it is installed and it's beautiful. Despite the headache with the aforementioned, I really like the mirror now that it is up and working. I would recommend, as long as you check it out thoroughly before installing to prevent my mistake. ... show more

In the midst of a bathroom remodel, I was in need of a nice mirror as a replacement and this did the job with style and features. Arrival: This mirror comes in one box. Unboxing it, the cord is wrapped up and ready to rock to hardwire it. If you can’t hardwire, there is a plug in your box as a back up (spend the money and hardwire it). Setup: Can’t vouch for this as I had a contractor install but he had it up in no time Use: As previously mentioned, I have this setup as a hardwire. The instructions suggest it, I highly recommend it if you have the option. Even more so if you can wire it to a switch. When powering on, whether by button or on a switch, the light will power up to the last brightness level it was set to. As it’s early on in my use, I’ve played around with the dimmer and it’s pretty simple. Just press and hold the power button and it’ll dim and light up brighter when held again. The anti fog feature is a cool choice. I have quite good ventilation so far and have not needed the defogger. What I wish was different: When you opt for this, just remember it is one light setting, bright white. Options are few for similar mirrors to this in the size I needed. I would have enjoyed having a daylight color option for this as I personally like it better. But otherwise, the white will do. ... show more
