I like this stand. It is the quality I've come to expect from Kensington. I wanted a small stand and I think this is this smallest on the market. It is not much bigger than the base of my monitor stand and that works for me as I have it next to my main monitor which is on a bigger Kensington stand. There is one thing I think they should improve. This and my other Kensington stand have screws that are not flush with the top surface. The y stick out. Having them flush would allow more space to place the monitor. With this stand, the base of my monitor sits over the screws. But the base is longer than it is wide, so I just turned the monitor's base on a 90 degree angle to avoid the screws. For your reference, the distance between the screws on the width is 2.5 inches and the distance between the screws on the length is 8.75 inches. I chose not to add any of the extension feet as I only need a bit of extra height. Nice product. I'm happy with it.

12-15-2013. Rev. A. I'm generally happy. Had the screws went in easily and the legs as pictured, it be 5-stars; Not complaining... Best for use with a LCD display. I have a 25-in HP LCD and it fits fine. -- Farly sturdy, adjustable height stand. Its slightly wiggly with all extensions used. With just one extension set, the stand is sturdy at 3-1/4-in tall (desk to stand top). Each extension piece is 1.5-in. -- Screws are hard to install. Took quite a bit of effort, to make the screw head sit flat ageist the stand top and not allow any movement. If the screws are not flat with the top, you need to continue tightening them (they should not stick out of the top. -- Assembly drawing is visual (no written directions), might be confusing to some. -- The gray legs are light gray, almost white in cooler. -- The rubber feet dont fix exactly, but are just fine. Reading the reviews, imply its not very good. It really is not bad. Although you need strong hands to assemble it. How I have it, its: 11-1/2in wide (across) 9-1/4in deep (front to back) 3-1/4in high (tall)

I was looking for something low profile and not too wide but sturdy to set my laptop on over my docking station. I don't use the laptop screen but instead have it docked so I can use my dual monitors and other peripherals. Everything else I saw was too large but this is perfect! It was very easy to put together and is extremely sturdy. I like that you can raise it if I decide to use it has a monitor stand instead. I would definitely recommend!

This is just what we needed to get our All-in One computer/monitor up to eye level for my assistants. The legs come in sections to add height. One more section would have been even better. It is level and sturdy and just the right size for the base of our computer. It does the job and takes up the minimum amount of space. It was a little more than some stands, but I needed this size.

It does what it says, Monitor riser. Good quality, sturdy. Pretty easy to put together: however you will need some strength to turn the wrench when putting the bolts through the base and into the legs. I started each bolt and slowly tighten all four a little bit at a time like you would lug nuts on a tire. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the riser is "not" as it is shown on Amazon and even the box it came in; black base with curved edges and dark grey legs. In stead the rise has a dark grey base with light grey legs. I wanted it to be black/dark grey to match the rest of my computer schema,( Monitor , key board, speakers and other computer parts). Oh well it is constructed very well and I'm going to keep it.

I wanted a monitor stand/rise that was economical and had a small footprint; in that regard these Kensington K60087 delivered. I work with a multi-monitor (square LCDs) set up, and these stands fit perfectly underneath with plenty of space in between, and without overwhelming my work space. The only negatives I'd mention is firstly (as others have mentioned) the actual stand looks different than the picture (squarer, cream color legs and "cheaper-looking" overall). Secondly, the included tool is really not adequate for assembling the stands--especially if you want to drive the screws in to be flush with the surface. I resorted to my own tools and used a ratchet. other than that I would recommend these to anyone who wants a no-thrills solution with plenty of lift.

This is a great product. It is durable and plenty wide enough for the base of the computer screen. You can adjust the height by adding to the legs but the one thing I would like to see is something to adjust the height through some type of lever rather than taking the monitor off the stand and adding to the legs and then putting the monitor back. Monitor's tend to be a bit heavy when you have those bigger screens. These will do in a pinch and are affordable!

I have 3 of these, 2 at home and one for work because my company is too cheap to buy me a docking station so I use this to lift my laptop to be somewhat level with the monitor. It isn't perfect, but it saves my neck and is less annoying. At home, I use them to level the tops of my mismatched monitors (a 24 and 27 in.) Also allows storage underneath and brings both monitors up so I'm looking straight on at them. Best stand I've come across.
