    • A nice addition to our yard
We bought this item over a month ago and has been set up in our yard since. We have really enjoyed it! It adds a peaceful addition to the yard and it is so nice to sit on the deck and listen to it. The fountain came well packages and in good condition. It was very easy to assemble. A few hints from us to help others. We set it up the first night but did not turn it on. However, we had added water to the fountain and tried it out but then turned it off. Unfortunatly, the deer also thought it was wonderful and tipped it over cracking several of the pieces. I woke up and was devastated when I saw it. Fortunatly, I was able to glue it with gorilla glue and then put some silicone caulk on it and once that dried, painted it to match. So, the solution is simple. We then bought three rebar pieces and put them into the base and then made sure all of the cords were in the base and ready to go. Once this was done we put two bags of river rocks in the base. It made the fountain SO stable that we have dared the deer to knock it over. We love the fountain! ... show more

    • Don,t stand behind there product
Contacted three times on there site, only response that they received my email. I have a warranty for 1 year ending Oct 22 I have a defective column thats cracked and leaning over alot needs replacing under warranty I paid $575.00 I only want the column replaced not the complete fountain and left the order# email, and phone number if you want to be dissatisfied buy from kenroy homes ... show more

    • Poor workmanship
It leaked around the center shaft PVC pipe on the bowls. I reworked the shafts on all three bowls with scrap pieces of PVC I had laying around and epoxy. I did this after contacting Kenroy Home. They said return to Amazon. Too much trouble and I was not sure they still had any. I had already tried to order from two different websites that said they had it in stock, lie! Took payment, then said was out of stock for 1 to 2 months. My neighbor bought one and the large bowl had cracks in it so it leaked. If I had not kept an eye on my fountain, the pump would have burnt up because the water level had already gotten below the minimum water level. After all of that, we love the looks of the fountain and the lights. ... show more

Fountain cracked and top started to tilt to one side. Leveled it many times(or at least tried to) finally fell apart in less than 2 months. Do Not Buy!

Our lasted 6 years outdoors in direct sunlight. Looked near perfect until a heavy wind knocked it over and cracked the top. I had it sitting on a 18x18 garden 2 inch garden step block from HD and then glued on. Should have re-done the glue and used more in retrospect. or re-glued every 3 years as certainly it handled heavier winds in the past (like 60 mph). The fountain is still usable. ... show more

One of the center support pieces failed and tipped the top over causing the top to come off and break. Tried to email customer service and keep getting dead email return message. Wouldn’t recommend!
