The exterior is detailed with a built-in TSA combination lock, flexible top and bottom grab handles, self-repairing zippers, and a small front logo plate. The interior is fully lined and detailed with crisscrossing tie-down straps, a zippered accessory pocket, and a zip around divider that creates two separate packing areas. The lock was difficult to use, and eventually I ended up just pulling it apart with a claw hammer. Now, I have a nice looking case with no lock. (By difficult to use, I mean almost impossible to set and in the process of setting the combination it locked onto some random numbers...I had to break it to even open it). Second thing, it would not fit into the overhead compartment of two of the planes on my last flight, and was too big to fit under the seat in front of me. I had to check it, which was a huge inconvenience. It is a very pretty case and held up well as checked luggage but that is not why I bought it. I like the size seems flimsy will see how durability stands up mobility seems good will see how it handles it seems as though I received a returned item the way it was taped and retaped plus when opening the suitcase the inside was a skew will see how this item holds up I dont travel to much just close by monthly so no airports if I did I would really question the durability as it seems flimsy love the color and how it looks hopeful it stands the test of time. ... show more

Bought for girls trip to Hawaii. So stinking cute! Bought the big one for an 9 day trip. Packed full and it was overweight so keep that in mind. Now i want to buy the other 2 sizes for shorter trips. Did get a couple of skinned places, but that's to be expected. Hope it keeps holding up.

    • the combinations stopped working
I bought two of them the combinations stopped working on both after one time of use you lock it it won't lock I tried everything no luck.

    • one of the wheels broke off after my very first round trip
I was in love with this suitcase when I first got it. It moves around very well (when all of it's wheels are still attached) and it has a lot of other nice perks (hard shell, expandable, and TSA lock). However, after my first round trip, one of the wheels has already popped off. It will still kinda roll as of now, but I am one trip away from this being a major issue. My 2 star grade of "light weight" may not be a fair grade since this is my first 28" suitcase. However, I will say this. Most airlines that I know of have a 50 lb limit for checked bags. When this bag is comfortably full with just clothes, it ends up being about 51-55 lbs which means you may have to pay extra fees at the airport when checking it in. ... show more
