This is a great piece of luggage. I ordered the graphite blue carry-on size and it's worked extremely well for all my trips. I went to Italy and was able to pack everything besides my suit. The full-zip/clip on each compartment ensure you belongings stay put during travel. There is additional storage with the large pockets and two smaller zipper compartments. The large pockets could be for shoes although sneakers may be tough to fit and close with your other belongings. Although it does have an expansion zipper to help create more space. The entire case is lightweight yet durable. The wheels and handle function very well in any direction. It fits in overhead bins without issue. Highly recommend this suitcase for travel. I liked everything except the handle. I tried to buckle a medium and small together so I could roll them with one hand. The handles looked like it would break off under the strain, so I had to detach them. Unfortunately, my 20-year old suitcase from another brand is no longer available. I highly doubt this suitcase will last me 20 years. I certainly cannot figure out how to piggyback two together. I tried to give this 4 stars. I bought this during prime days for a long weekend trip. Pros - I had plenty of room for 4 days worth of clothes and stuff. The suitcase is lightweight and easy to maneuver through the airport. It fits perfectly in the overhead bin. Cons- The extendable handle feels flimsy. By the end of the trip it felt like it might break. I'm worried about how long I'll be able to use this suitcase because of it. I'll probably keep it because I got a good price during prime days. If I paid full price I would return it because of the handle. ... show more

We bought the 24inch suitcase for an upcoming international trip. We tried them out on a shorter trip to Hawaii last week. They are very lightweight, and easy to maneuver, the wheels seem to work great. When packed, my bag weighed 37 pounds, and I didn't have any trouble with the handle on top or on the side. It actually fit more items than I thought it would for its size. I'm optimistic about our next trip, will update if there are any problems, but so far it seems to be a good value! UPDATE: After 14 months, the handle broke on my suitcase, the screw that holds the top piece to the retractable bars fell out. The suitcase otherwise looks great, the black plastic on the underside near the wheels came loose earlier, but no other issues and the outside is not scuffed (Thanks Delta!). I emailed customer service due to the 10 year warranty and will update any resolution. ... show more

Just used this semi-hardcase suitcase for a cruise. Went through American Airlines carry-on with no luggage size issues. I especially like the way it opens ALL the way and lays flat and has a zipper flap on the left side and nylon clamp releases on the right side that keeps all you stuff from falling out when you fully open the suitcase. It also has a zipper that allows you to increase the width of the suitcase by about 2" (but if you expand it 2" there is a possibility that it will NOT fit the airlines width restrictions for carry on). Bought two of these suitcases October 2025. They have been on 3 trips. Initially they were great! So easy to roll-etc. The last trip one of the wheels on mine bent inward and I only noticed because it wasnt rolling easily like when I bought them. Also on this same trip my husband’s which is identical developed a bent bulge in the side, almost like the shell is cracking and its sort of white in color. We have grey ones. I understand they have a 10 year limited warranty, but not sure how to get this settled. My last hard shell of this brand lasted 12 years with lots of use. Not happy with no longevity. Plus have to get two more. Wont buy this brand again. Very disappointing. ... show more

I was searching for a solid option that wasn't the typical boring black and flimsy set. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this KC Reaction set. -The carry on is truly compliant for airlines (I checked and double checked many options from other brands and even KC brand, and they don't always comply). -The weight is probably on the average side, but lighter than my previous SamS suitcase. -The color is attractive and stands out without drawing too much attention. One sad airline from Colombia already managed to scratch the large one, but it is still fully functional. -I like the expansion option. Adds that extra little bit that helps me not have to sit on the suitcase when trying to close it (because I always seem to over pack) -I was about to pick another option with an included number lock, but was concerned that it may break and then becomes a bit useless. So I purchased a set of small locks to go with the different sizes and am more comfortable. -This set is at a fair cost, a good value for the money without needing to splurge for fancier names. ... show more
