Would avoid at all costs. Purchased this dryer and a conversion kit to change to LP. This product arrived with a dead igniter, and the LP kit that was suggested with the product was not the correct fit. technician has had no luck finding parts or kits for this model dryer, and went off on how this is NOT a Kenmore, and most likely some company acquired the name and is selling cheap products with the Kenmore name stamped on it. This has been a very disappointing purchase and returning a dryer is a hassle. Would receive negative ratings if possible. ... show more

We had our power shut off because of the fires. The dryer turns on but no longer heats after the power got turned back on. I am currently trying to deal with Amazon and Kenmore technical support but Amazon does not offer technical help. Trying to deal with Kenmore but they are closed. I wish to return int get my money back and deal with Lowes or Home Depot- The only reason I bought it from Amazon is because I had a gift card. I've installed kenmore and maytag for years - shouldve bought and had it installed from Sears. Third party (like amazon) makes it difficult. I am not going to open the panel to check anything I shouldnt have to. This is on them i want my money back take it away and I'm not paying for the haul off or return. Nightmare. ... show more
