Initial review. I got this in today. Packing is very good and everything was there. Instructions are decent although the only thing I needed it for was to verify in and out side of the pump since the pump itself is not marked. This is the reason for a 4 star review. Set up was done in 15-20 minutes and had 5 back to back showers. We used a full 55 gallon drum for water supply and only used 30 gallons. Everyone was impressed and definitely over exceeded expectations. We liked the adjustable head and found that lower water pressure (about a quarter of the way on the dial) and about the same on water temp was best. BE WARNED... THIS WATER GETS HOT!!! Start on low and slowly adjust. The only thing you need for a non pressured water source is a weight to keep the hose from curling to the top.

When I went to use this shower for the first time, I was extremely disappointed to find that not only is there no water supply hose included despite one appearing in most of the pictures - the water inlet connection a non-standard size (smaller than garden hose) and there was NO ADAPTER INCLUDED. According to the manual there SHOULD have been half of a quick connect fitting included but even if there was I still would have needed the female end of the fitting which is also sold separately. I hate when companies do things like this where the pictures make it seem like you will get more than what is actually included. After driving over an hour from my campsite to get the required fittings the product works fine but I would still never buy another product from them because of the missing pieces and misleading product photos.

Great product. You can tell they test the pump first as it had some residual water in it. They place caps on the inlet and outlet to prevent this from leaking and being a problem though. The water gets HOT so I recommend starting at the low setting and working up. The only issue I had is the water inlet adapter was the wrong one. I can only assume they forgot to replace the adapter with the correct one after they tested the water pump. I made this work with a quick Home Depot trip though so no biggie.
