When I went to use this shower for the first time, I was extremely disappointed to find that not only is there no water supply hose included despite one appearing in most of the pictures - the water inlet connection a non-standard size (smaller than garden hose) and there was NO ADAPTER INCLUDED. According to the manual there SHOULD have been half of a quick connect fitting included but even if there was I still would have needed the female end of the fitting which is also sold separately. I hate when companies do things like this where the pictures make it seem like you will get more than what is actually included. After driving over an hour from my campsite to get the required fittings the product works fine but I would still never buy another product from them because of the missing pieces and misleading product photos.

Great product. You can tell they test the pump first as it had some residual water in it. They place caps on the inlet and outlet to prevent this from leaking and being a problem though. The water gets HOT so I recommend starting at the low setting and working up. The only issue I had is the water inlet adapter was the wrong one. I can only assume they forgot to replace the adapter with the correct one after they tested the water pump. I made this work with a quick Home Depot trip though so no biggie.

I was initially a little bit skeptical of how "portable" it would be, but I'm happy to report you really can take it pretty much anywhere as long as you have water, propane (you'll never catch me taking a cold shower), and a 12V battery for the pump. It's super lightweight as well, can easily carry it one-handed.
