So this is the 4th “cooling” and “puffy/fluffy” mattress pad I’ve purchased in the last 6 months. I have a medical condition where I cannot control my core body temperature. So I overheat at night to the point of nausea and vertigo. It’s miserable. While this mattress pad is not nearly as puffy as it appears online, it does pull heat away from your body. I don’t know that it’s “cooling,” but it does not become warm or hot when sleeping which is a major plus. This is by far the best I’ve found for keeping the bed from getting too warm. As for fluffing. I let it sit for 3 days. Then I put it in the dryer on air dry with a tennis ball just to try to fluff ot up from being vacuum sealed for shipping. Helped a little bit, but I’ll need to add a memory foam pad under it, which this cover will easily accommodate with the deep pockets. ... show more

This fitted mattress topper has not only added a little extra cushion, but also allows us to be more cool& comfortable when we sleep at night. I would definitely recommend it. The media could not be loaded. It doesn’t fit my king perfectly, some of the edges are about an inch too small. But for the price, I’m excited to sleep tonight. I airfluffed it in the dryer for about 20 minutes which didn’t do a ton, but hopefully it’ll puff up some more with time. DONT let this steer you away though, definitely buy it!! It’s extremely Comfortable and fluffy. Added the perfect amount of squish to my hard mattress. Feels just like their pillows they make. As for the cooling effect, I’ll have to see how it is sleeping tonight. Overall not a bad mattress topper. Pretty happy with my purchase.
