I purchased product off amazon on or around 10/2/23. The product arrived earlier than stated. I was extremely happy with the arrival time. With that being said, after opening the box, the metal framework pieces seemed to be of decent quality. That's the end of the good point. My partner and I spent 3 days in a stressful struggle to assemble the greenhouse with less than adequate assembly instructions. The manual was no more than numerous pages of non detailed drawings, no verbage, missing steps, just numbers, letters, and lines. My husband is a retired industrial maintenance engineer and I am a nurse, both expirenced in a wide variety of diy projects, but this was a diy nightmare solely d/t the laughability of the supplied assembly instructions. The numerous reviews spoke of a assembly video, we did not receive a video and after contacting Amazon customer support we were left with no info and they ended the call abruptly. There was also no seller contact info. We were left with two choices, either return the product or continue to try and put it together. We opted to assemble the product due to the difficulty of repackaging such a large product for return, and (I really wanted my greenhouse.) Now with that being said, after 3 days of assembly, disassembly, assembly, disassembly, tweeking ,adjusting, hoping guessing, we finally were successful due to our diligence. I have my greenhouse and I'm happy with it. This greenhouse came with 250 to 300 small parts ,screws, nuts , bolts, widgets, un identifiable parts etc. Once opening, return would be a impossibility. If your not a professional assembler/ installer then I would think hard about ordering this product. I rarely leave negative reviews. This one deserved it. ... show more

    • Wouldn’t Buy Again
This greenhouse is only completely assembled because of my father. He just makes things work. The assembly is nothing like I’ve experienced before. It is unclear, although I did watch videos & the pieces are labeled. My husband and I started it and the track system it uses requires tiny pieces to be slid into a track and attached in the same way. I thought the “glass” panes were like plexiglass. They are similar to corrugated cardboard, but clear. The door is like a barn door style so it is not a tight closure. I would spend more on a better quality product next time. ... show more

There are no written instructions, everything is diagrams. Better instructions would make it 5 stars. Plan on taking a long time to assemble. Also, make sure your base is level and keep checking for square and level as you build it otherwise your panels won’t fit correctly.

This was terribly difficult to assemble over the course of several days. The person who helped me assemble it is a professional engineer. There is no contact info for the seller to get a refund. I highly advise not buying this product unless you perhaps live in a perfect weather place without wind, rain, or snow. It does not provide enough warmth by itself to plants in the winter either living in New England. Its panels continuously fall out. If you are the seller please reading this, please give me a refund!!! ... show more

    • I finally gave up
I had read some other reviews before ordering thus but figured I was very handy and could put this together with the limited instructions...nope. Besides the trial and error (mostly error) until finding how each panel went together, by the time I reached the top of the wall the pieces/panels did not fit together correctly. By the time I finished both end panels and the ridge beam didn't line up, I gave up, dissembled it and put all the parts back in the boxes. Take-aways: 1. There really needs to be more detailed instructions provided, not just a few pictures. 2. Panels should be beefier so as not to bend so easily. 3. With bigger shipping boxes, the panels 'could' have been put together at the factory and then just bolted together on-site. I will just consider this a lesson learned and look closer at the reviews in the future. For example, check out the 5 star reviews... some look suspiciously similar in content, etc ... show more

Horrible directions!!! Extremely difficult to put together huge gaps between parts windows don’t move I don’t think it’s going to last a season I hate that I paid so much for such a piece of crap🤬

Very poor design, annoying to put together, and by the time we realised that there were multiple panels missing, it was too late to return it. Huge waste of money and time.
