I got these silicone potholders because they are silicone. I haven't had any issues with them. I mean, their potholders, how badly could you mess that up, lol The oven mitts have the typical loops to hang them up, and as far as I can tell that's a standard size, thus I was able to just drop in these in place of my old worn out, and non silicone based, oven mitts/potholders. The added mats for placing hot pans on are a bonus, and personally I rarely use them, but when I do, it's nice to have. Can't go wrong with this set really. ... show more

After my dog decided to consume my oven mitt, I needed a replacement. The one I had was cloth and I always struggled to get a grip on slick stuff like glass and ceramic. I got this and love them. The oven mitts work really well but the little fingertip grippers are my favorite. It’s so nice to be able to get stuff like soup out of the microwave and not worry about it soaking into a cloth glove if I dip a little too far down. Great product at a great price. ... show more

I love the set but my only complaint is that I have to fold the top of the mitten so I can get my hand all the way in as otherwise the mitten goes past my elbow. Even then my hand isn’t all the way in. There’s enough coverage though from the silicone that I still use these. Probably not for people under 5’ 3” ... show more

I've wanted some silicon oven mitts for some time, and since my old over mitts were wearing out, I decided to get some. I chose this pack, because I thought the small grippers would be useful, and I already have some silicon pot holders, so I knew they were good. The long oven mitts are fine for temperature resistance, but the wrist area is a bit narrow, making for a tight fit - this makes it hard for me to get my fingers into the end of the mitts and I have scrunch them down so I get a good grip. This is a minor inconvenience, so I give them an overall 4-star rating. The little grippers are good for taking the rice cooker pot out of the machine, and the pot holders do the job. ... show more
