  • For cheap? Excellent. The 40 tooth is smooooooth.
Cuts as well as name-brand saw blades.

  • SMOOTH!
A larger amount of teeth (40 over the standard 24) is a big deal when you need to make smoother cuts and minimize sanding. I highly recommend this blade.

  • I Will Be Buying Another One
Size: 6-1/2 Inch 18T
I have the KEENTECH 6 1/2" 18 Tooth blade. I use it to mainly to cut 2x4s and plywood with my Porter-Cable cordless saw. It works great for that use and the saw battery lasts a long time. I will be buying their 42 Tooth blade to use on thinner dimensional wood and plywood so I get a smoother cut.

  • 6 1/2" carbide tipped blade looks well made
Size: 6-1/2 Inch 18T
My impression of this blade is that it is well made and the carbide teeth are brazed on very precisely...I haven't had a chance to use it yet but should be getting out to the woodshop to try it out soon.

  • Cuts through wood like butter
Size: 6-1/2 Inch 24T
I really like the KEENTECH Circular Saw Blade, 6-1/2 Inch 24-Tooth blade. It's the perfect size for my saw, has a BUNCH of teeth, and make quick work out of any piece of wood I put through it. The sharpness seems to be holding up well after quite a bit of projects. Would buy again!

  • A well engineered blade (mostly) at a great price
Size: 6-1/2 Inch 24T
This is a well engineered blade. It is not a cheap knock-off. Its manufacture is thoughtful and production is precise. The combination teeth (small alternative top bevel) and anti-kickback shoulders (the bump behind the teeth) make it suitable for a wide variety of cuts and users. Keentech describes it as being especially useful for Li-ion powered saws. They have included a few design features support this. This is a thin kerf blade providing some benefits and potential issues. I measured the kerf to be approximately .062 inches compared to the .068 from my well worn stock DeWalt blade. It takes less power to chop out less wood. This comes with some possible issues about blade vibration and warping as the blade heats up. Keentech put in eight noise control and thermal expansion devices in the blade (four fish hooks on the outer edge of the blade is pretty common). There are also four expansion features in the body of the blade (uncommon for a blade of this size). Let me criticize Keentech for using PTFE (teflon) to limit drag on the blade. While it does make the saw seem more powerful, PTFE is an overused compound and does not degrade-EVER. The growing accumulation of PTFE in the environment is becoming a health concern. Europeans are considering a ban on PTFE and related chemicals under the REACH program. Criticism 2: please put the information on the other side of the blade (like rotation direction). It is covered by the blade guard. Not everyone will just know the proper orientation of the teeth. And, please put the rotation direction close to the arbor where it will not wear off. This was so odd that I had to check it five times. Table saws cut from the top, pushing the work toward the table, Circular saws cut from the bottom, pushing the work to the shoe. See photo. Will an infrequent user know if this is installed correctly? I did some cuts, trimming a door to reduce sticking in the jam. Using my 18v DeWalt it did a rip cut in a 1.75 inch door easily and cleanly. I did sense that the saw cut a little more effortlessly than usual. A great blade at an excellent price. Even better if they fix the two issues. ... show more

  • Thin kerf, kind of quiet(?), and very durable until I killed itwith hidden steel.
Size: 7-1/4 Inch 24T
I tend to push on too long with dull blades and was thrilled when I put this on. Maybe it is a byproduct of the thin kerf, but it runs kind of quiet. The thin kerf: I love it if the blade works. I am trying to cut wood, not remove it. I had a pretty big project going and used it quite a bit without any noticeable drop-off. Then I went to trim a recycled door and it turned out to have a substantial hidden steel reinforcement in one corner. At that point I had to press on, and the blade cut it, but..... yeah. In the meantime, I found a blade I bought years ago and lost track of. It is fine, but the Keentech was better and I will get another. Very impressed, and for the money it is an easy choice. ... show more
