I needed a carrier/cart that could navigate a step a couple of times….but not for luggage…. I need to bring firewood into my house and up steps in two locations (actually elevated floors). I can tilt the cart back to lift the front wheels onto the step up floor, then roll forward while lifting the back wheels onto the step up floor, and then roll on over to the fireplace wood rack!! Way easier than hauling a canvas sling full of wood!! And I can carry twice the amount of wood at a time with the cart. The bungee cords are all I need to hold the wood in place to navigate the steps. It is more than strong enough to carry 50 - 80 lbs of wood at a time. It was a good product, light weight folding very compact. I just wish the base is a little bigger or stretched a little further out, his car seat fit, but it was a balancing act. Maneuvers great though. And you have to roll it backwards over bumps or dips.

We used this to strap a forward facing car seat. It was sturdy enough (if you attach it right) to cart around a child sitting in the car seat. This way we didn’t need to lug around a huge car seat and a stroller. Plus the kids thought it was the coolest thing to sit on.
