The dryer arrived damaged. The box had a huge hole on the bottom side. The dryer has a huge dent where the hole was. Not happy and afraid to use it since it's so severely dented and is an electrical items. I don't know if its safe.

I haven't been able to get the heat to turn on since I got it. It was a little damaged when it got here so I don't know if that hurt the heating element as well. I'm super bummed low because I really was looking forward to having this dryer in the RV. I tried to reach the seller but was unable.

This guy's a little awkward to unbox, but there are grips at the top end of the machine to help ease the process of lifting and shuffling it into place. You'll want to have another person to help you, or have some sort of wedge in place to keep it from hitting the floor when you turn it on its side. The handle and the buttons are easy to use and operate. The display kinda lights up, which threw me initially when I powered it on. The hose in the back does need an place to connect in your laundry room, so plan for that when you buy it. The directions were a little patchy, but I managed to turn everything on in about 30 minutes. It takes most things cotton/mixed an average amount of time to dry. It can only hold so much, so it may feel like it takes longer, if that makes any sense. It doesn't get that hot, so you may have to adjust your time frames from your usual machine. I'd say its a decent buy for a small space like a studio apartment, tiny house or a small dorm.

Works perfect drys clothes and can handle larger size loads. The only complaint and not the products fault is the shipping arrived upside down. Thankfully not damaged. Wish they would use only Amazon and not ups and fed ex.

To my surprise, this worked out better than I had expected. FOr a single guy, this is ideal... I cant do more than 3 towels, but all my underwear and most of my shirts fit without any problem. It's pretty quiet to operate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
