The topper didn’t puff up as it said it would. Tried everything suggested. Definitely not like the photo shown …. But to return it I tried to put it back in the box… it was twice the size of the box it was sent in.

This KAYFIA Queen Mattress Topper does fit my queen bed very nicely, but I did think it was going to be a little thicker than what it is. It comes vacuumed packed so it needs to sit out awhile or just do what I did and place it in the dryer on air dry, this made very quick work of getting the KAYFIA Queen Mattress Topper fluffier. Been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and it is comfy but for me it is also pretty warm. This will be perfect for the winter months but almost too warm to sleep on, at least for myself. I like that it stays put and does not slide around after a full night's sleep. The deep corner pockets on this KAYFIA Queen Mattress Topper makes it where it will fit a variety of different height mattresses. Overall this is a nice mattress topper and has a nice soft feel but does make me hotter during the night.

This mattress cover comes compressed and takes a few minutes to fluff up fully. The manufacturer also suggests it can be fluffed up in a dryer, but I didn't do that. To me this is more of a cover than a topper, because I tend to think of a topper as an addition to the mattress, and a cover as a smaller layer of padding. That being said, it is a nice and thick poly filled cover. But like all of the poly filled "down alternatives" it does compress. I put this on a futon, and it wasn't really enough to make it super comfortable. I think this would work well on a regular mattress, though. Overall, not really comparable to a topper in my opinion, but works well if you aren't expecting a memory foam type of result.

I got the KAYFIA Mattress Topper with hopes of its "Extra Thick" claim providing a significant boost in plushness. While it indeed adds comfort and the cooling feature ensures a good night's sleep, the thickness didn't quite match the visual expectations from the images. It's cozy and helps with the firmness of my old mattress, but if you're chasing that ultra-thick feel, you might be slightly let down. The deep pocket design does keep it in place though, making nights fuss-free. All in all, a comfortable addition, but perhaps a tad overstated in its thickness.

This mattress cover never did get as puffy as the photos show, but it doesn't matter because it's still so comfortable to lie on. Think of lying on a thick comforter and you get the idea. It fits tightly and firmly, so it's not bunching up and pulling off either. I'm loving it and looking forward to getting into bed every night. I deducted a star for not being as puffy as pictured, but again, it's fine with me, so the deduction was more to let other people know.
