I ordered this bag to take with me for a six week trip to Japan. I tend to like to be able to carry a lot of stuff on my person any time I go out, and especially while traveling in a foreign country, I needed a bag that would hold what I needed without being too large for my smaller frame. I hoped this would not be cumbersome and rough on my shoulders. After six weeks, I can say this was exactly what I needed and did everything that I hoped. The compartments are very handy, and were able to accommodate everything I needed, and also provided the ability for me to stay organized (compartments are great and once I devised a system of organization, it was very easy for me to find my stuff). The outer velcro pocket was perfect for my small digital camera, and the zip pocket was great for a smartphone ( I have an iPhone SE, but I think anything slightly larger would fit as well, since there was plenty of additional space). On one day-trip, the two larger pockets were able to accommodate two paperbacks, sunscreen, a glasses case, my wallet, a small toiletry bag, a bottle of water and some snacks. In one of the larger pockets, there is a zippered pocket that is perfect for a passport and other travel documents. Its design is pretty nice, and it was very easy to just swing it around to the front of me to grab things out without taking it off. And... after 6 weeks of heavy use, it has remained intact and has shown no signs of damage or tearing. It's a sturdy bag alright! While I would not recommend taking this bag somewhere that pickpocketing is rampant or where there are large crowds, as its convenient design may provide easy access to everything, it is great for everyday use and for travel needs in safer locations. I'll be adding it to my everyday selection of bags, and I will definitely use it for travel again.

This was a great find and I'm buying one for all my hiking and biking friends for holiday presents. I am always looking for something that I can pack in my luggage when I travel that has a wide strap and hate wearing a backpack around when I'm sightseeing. I mean wearing a backpack around in Paris is just not done darling. The strap is so much more comfortable than even the widest strap on my cross body bags. They are never big enough when I go shopping anyway. This is perfect for a water bottle and sunglasses and my raincoat plus any shopping I might do while out strolling the streets. It's a wonderful daypack for when we go on Safari. You can stick your camera and face scarf inside along with clothes you shed as the day gets hotter. I liked some of the other designs, but went with denim because of the fact that we do go to some pretty dusty places on our travels. I write travel articles and will be plugging this in a future travel article.

It’s a decent sized bag, not too big, not too small. Just right! I bought this for my niece who’s expecting this month and she wanted a crossover back pack, and not a messenger type of bag. She can fit diapers, wipes, the baby’s formula, a bottle or two, and two outfits. We’re not the type to overfill a diaper bag with unnecessary things that you won’t even need. This bag is perfect.. the clip makes it easy to put on and take off the bag, or simply just clip it on a stroller. The design is awesome on it, the ropes are strong. She can use it for herself and her baby at the same time. There’s two compartments, and two pockets on the outside in the middle. There’s also a inside pocket with a zipper. It’s a perfect bag to be used as a simple diaper bag.

This has been a favorite bag for me. It's small enough not to be bulky but big enough to hold what I need to carry. I like that the straps don't slide around and even my husband will tote this around for me without whining. The shark pattern is great and a favorite for my kids and all the kids I teach like sporting the boats and sharks when they see me come in. Great bag and worth the money. I just wish the strap was adjustable to where on either side but realistically I'd probably only wear it on the one side anyways. Also the smaller velcro pouch on front doesnt hold much, I really use it mainly for my keys but it'd be nice if it were a tad bigger.

The bag is well constructed and lightweight, and I love how the bag distributes weight. However, it's too small for my needs. Also, if you are a larger gal, this bag may not fit well. After I loaded the bag and tried it on, the buckle hit right underneath my breasts in an awkward spot. It was more worrisome that I might accidentally pop open the buckle than it was uncomfortable. If I loosend the bag to allow more room, it did not distribute the weight well. It was obviously a well constructed bag, it just was not the right size or fit for me.
