Yhe product does what it claims to. The black bristle came floofed and not shaped. I would have asked for a refund, but I didn't think to check all the marker tops on a brand new product. I can't speak to the customer service as i didnt use it. I used the lighter colors when I purchased on December and they did the job. I just touched up this mirror that was dinged and had various scrapes along the edges. The markers are like a super quick dry permanent marker. I stuck with the markers to fix the scratches and small divits in my well used table. I suggest percision and certainly mark and wipe quickly. But it brought my table back to life for sure.

This stuff was magic! I took pictures at the end after I already did 10 railings so the markers were getting a little dry but this little cat had destroyed the wood with scratches. I took a pic before and after. These markers filled the stain wonderfully and now it’s so much better! Would definitely buy again! ... show more

These are great. I have several finishes on different pieces of furniture and after several years they were showing lots of scratches. Not anymore. Super easy to use and covered everything. Wasn't sure after paying such a minimal price that they'd work but they really do.

The markers were really effective for covering minor scratches, but they don’t have go very far and were spent pretty quickly. Also, the nib on the black one split almost immediately. The wax sticks aren’t nearly as effective. I was still able to fix what I needed to, but would probably buy a different brand in only the specific finish I need for future touch ups. ... show more
