Sizes run small, probably better to order 2 sizes up from your regular size. Lightweight, yet seem to be a quality garment. I got two for the chick I'm with. (I know, don't call broads chick's, dames hate that) nice color, didn't fade in wash. Would buy more, if she needed them.

    • Different shirts not just different colors.
I had purchased this shirt in white and fell in love with the material, style and cut, so much so that I wanted the identical shirt in teal. Upon receiving the teal shirt I was exceptionally disappointed to see that it was not the same light weight material as the original purchase in white. But decided not to be to concerned as I still like the "Columbia Type" style and decided to keep it and did not bother to try it on right then as I incorrectly presumed it to be the same cut. It wasn't till a week or so later that I had an opportunity to wear it and was further disappointed to discover the cut was very baggy. I knew the material was not the same but with in minutes I was taking the shirt off as the material was too rough and scratchy to be worn directly against the skin. It felt like I was wearing a canvas tent. I did not return it as It will make suitable over shirt in the winter, however this was not its intended use. I LOVE this shirt. Sun protective, very light weight, great pockets. Would not provide warmth. I'm going to central Africa during their summer and I think this will fit the bill. Could wear on its own or over T-shirts for sun protection. Does run a little large-if you are between sizes go to the smaller one but I would not size a whole size down. Great colors, didn't wrinkle in package so maybe won't wrinkle during travel, either. SO glad I bought it. Check out other items in their store for men and women. ... show more

    • Nice, light weight, quick dry shirts for travel

I bought these shirts to increase my wardrobe of quick-dry shirts for a trip to a tropical country. I had to iron them when I took them out of the package. Washing wasn't enough to get the wrinkles out. But once ironed, they stayed reasonably unwrinkled for my trip, and they remain so after another wash and hang-dry. I have more expensive brand shirts of this type that wrinkle slightly less, but these are ok. My other shirts use snap closure instead of buttons. Snaps are easier to manage when you roll the sleeves up and use the tab to keep them in place. But the buttons worked well enough and the price was great! The fabric was comfortable and not see-through. And I'm a bit big-busted: the cut was generous enough to avoid gapping at the button front. I like these shirts a lot, and they have worn well through a 95-degree trip. ... show more

Recieved this order today. I have laundered it and the wrinkles came right out. It is 100% polyester so it won't be shrinking with additional washes. I ordered a medium in the 5055 Pink. It is what I call a blush pink. Beautiful summer pink. It is lightweight and will be a wonderful addition to my summer hiking or Teams call wardrobe. If you are on the fence about ordering it, you won't be disappointed. I love how you can roll up the sleeves and they stay up with the fasteners. I had a little stint with skin cancer last year, so I’m trying to be more mindful of my time outside especially because I live in the south. This is perfect to put over a short sleeve shirt or to wear by itself.     • Okay shirt, not fantastic in high heat

I purchased this for a safari trip we took in the plains of Colombia. The temperature there was mid 70s in the AM and up to 90 during the day. We spent a lot of time out in the jeep and walking through the forest/tall grasses. This shirt looks flattering enough, but I had a lot of difficulty with it during the hot parts of the day because it did not wick moisture well at all. It left me feeling extremely sweaty on my upper body and as it did not allow the moisture to escape, made me feel even hotter. I am a 28 year old and fairly fit - in past hot weather adventures I have not worn a sun shirt and would have preferred no shirt and sunscreen over this shirt in the heat. I wasn’t sure about this one I first took it out of the package. It seemed sheer. I tried it anyway. Turns out once it’s on, it’s not exposing. It’s incredibly cool, comfortable, provides that sun protection, and I’ve worn it outside in the 100° heat for gardening, and was perfectly comfortable. Bonus, no sunburn! So far, it’s only been washed twice, but it washes well and if you hang it up immediately out of the dryer on low heat, the wrinkles are minimal. Somehow, it manages to maintain a feminine fit, which is some thing because I have a narrower waist and big girls (36E) so with most button downs if they’re large enough for my chest, they wanted up looking boxy, but this is not the case.
