Definitely a nice setting. It is more for a beach theme or home in a costal area. The dishes have a nice weight and all came boxed to keep them safe. The box was kate Spade pink and looked very nice. They would make a wonderful wedding gift and you could even leave the boxes unwrapped. Each setting comes individually wrapped. This place setting is really beautiful and detailed. I love the colors and the pattern and it looks great on my dining room table. The quality is excellent. I've washed the set once in the dishwasher so far and I had no issues. I have microwaved the bowl and plate and they didn't get hot. The dinner plate is slightly larger than my other dinner plates. I have a bunch of different plates from different brands and they are all the same size except for this one. It still fits in my standard size cabinets well though. The bowl is deep and a perfect size for soup. The mug is a little smaller than I'd prefer. Overall, I like this set. I received this set through the Vine program. The dinner plate and bowl most meet my needs and I plan to buy more of those individual items once they become available. The accent plates are nice, but they are too small for everyday dinners. This is a seriously beautiful place setting. I love how fun and modern it is, while still being classy- it definitely has the Kate Spade vibes you'd expect. The dishes make for such a pretty table and will go with a huge variety of placemats, silverware (rose gold will look so pretty with this set!). I don't usually love when place settings come with mugs since I don't typically set my table with mugs, but this mug is so cute that I think I'll probably use it even when I don't have company. This listing is for one place setting and it's pretty in line with what similar place settings would cost. It would be great for adding to a wedding registry or just slowly buying more over time. This place setting from Kate Spade is simply gorgeous. It's modern, fun, yet fancy altogether. I like that it easily goes with so many different colors, depending on what look and feel I want. The wares are very well made - very high quality, which is what you would expect from Kate Spade dinnerware. Although these are dishwasher safe, I prefer to wash everything by hand, especially something as beautiful as these are. They are microwave safe, so that's great.
