Likes = holds ice during service which keeps product fresh. Has clean lines Dislikes = the bins fall in. I had some bins that fit and had a ridge so they didn't fall but then the lid won't close. They need to fix it so the bins don't fall in and the lid will close all the way when you put it up at night. Still it's the only one I've found that isn't plastic and will hold ice. ... show more

Given the price of this item, you would expect something really nice, but what you'll receive if far from it. There is no insulation anywhere, just a thin layer of metal, so don't expect the ice packs they include to keep things cool for long. The wooden base has a thin edge and mine came with a section already broken. The complaints about sharpness of the containers are true - I thought it was exaggeration, but then while preparing toppings for a pizza party I went to separate the containers and put a 1/2" cut into the tip of my finger tip that I kept ripping open again all evening and having to wear gloves to stop bleeding on people's pizzas. The covers for the containers will just fall off if turned upside down, so, while fine for keeping things moist in the fridge, don't expect them to help in most any other situation. They've priced this like a quality item, but it's junk. ... show more
