I got this bag in the color Brie, which is a beautiful neutral that goes with almost anything. The leather is really soft and buttery, and the hardware has a nice weight to it that makes the bag feel high quality. The chain strap is quite heavy though, which some people may or may not like. The interior has a zippered compartment as well as smaller pockets for items like a phone or compact. To be honest, I was really excited about this bag, and while the quality is very nice, I was a little disappointed by how little it actually fits. I understand that it’s meant to be a smaller purse, but I was surprised that after putting my bi-fold wallet and a compact in the zippered section, I struggled to fit both my keys and cellphone in the other compartments. When I tried, the magnetic closure wouldn’t stay shut, so I ended up putting my phone in the open back pocket, which didn’t feel especially secure. Style-wise, the bag also feels a little more reminiscent of mid-2010s designer-inspired bags than current minimalist styles. That’s obviously personal preference, though, and some people may specifically like that look. At the end of the day, it’s a very nice, well-made bag with beautiful materials. Just be aware that it runs quite small in terms of usable space.

This Lagerfeld crossbody in Brie is honestly such a beautiful bag. The leather feels soft and high-quality, and you can tell it’s well made right away. It has a really nice structure that holds its shape, and all the details feel thoughtfully done. Even though it’s on the smaller side (about 8 x 6 x 3 inches), it’s surprisingly functional. The organization is one of the best parts — there are multiple compartments, including a center zip section, smaller zip pockets, card slots, and extra spaces for things like receipts or smaller items. It keeps everything separated so you’re not digging through one big pocket trying to find your stuff. The magnetic closures are strong and easy to use, including both the main flap and the front compartment. The front pocket fits a larger phone snugly, and overall it holds your daily essentials like your phone, wallet, keys, and a few extras without feeling overcrowded. The chain strap gives it a really elevated, stylish look and can be adjusted to wear as either a crossbody or shoulder bag, which I love. That said, the chain is definitely on the heavier side — it adds to the quality feel, but if you’re sensitive to weight, it’s something to keep in mind (and it’s not removable). It also comes with a dust bag, which is great for storing it or traveling. Overall, it’s a stylish, well-constructed bag with great organization and a luxe feel. This Lagerfeld crossbody bag is just gorgeous! The leather has that wonderful quality feel to it, and the mint is a beautiful color. The chain is seriously heavy and adjusts quickly and easily for use as a crossbody or as a shoulder bag. It’s definitely a quality piece, and every detail is attended to. There are multiple pockets, so there’s a place for everything and you won’t have to hunt through one big pocket in the center for your things. The bag closes with a beautiful, large magnetic clasp that works very well, and there is another compartment under the front flap with a separate smaller magnetic clasp. That front compartment fit my large iPhone Pro Max snugly. Then the main compartment is divided into three sections with a zippered pocket in the middle, 3 credit card slots in the front, and another small zippered compartment in the back section. Plus there is another back pocket for items like tickets, receipts, or passport perhaps (my phone did not fit there) The zippers all function smoothly. None of the compartments are large but for a small bag, this will fit a lot. I did my due diligence to make sure this was the real thing with so many dupes out there these days, and this definitely seems like the real thing (I’m not an expert though) It’s beyond a shadow of a doubt a quality piece. I love that it is not only beautiful but very functional too! It’s a great size, just big enough to hold a lot but not big enough to be bulky or weigh you down. It’s a beautiful accessory to show off with any outfit, dressy or more casual. I ordered it for the style but fell in love with the features!

The bag measures about 8 × 6 × 3 inches, so it’s compact but still surprisingly spacious inside. This bag is made very well as it should for the price. It's on the small side, but its a crossbody so thats fine. What I really do not care for is the weight of the chain/strap for the bag. It will give you a workout. You cannot remove the chain - I knew you were thinking of doing that, nope! Love teh softness of the leather and the look, it holds the average amount for a crossbody. The iconic logo is prominent and also heavy - it's a magnetic clasp. It's very stylish. If you wont mind lugging around that very heavy chain and you love the look - its for you!

Better than expected! This style is basically a knock off of the Chanel flap. The quality of the leather in particular is better than I thought it would be for something not made Italy, France or the U.S. The stitching seems secure, the quilting is even, and the hardware seems quite sturdy. There are several pockets and sections, so that's great to keep smaller items secure, large enough for a phone and a few smaller items. The hardware seems like decent quality for the price point, but with the large size of the front clasp (which is magnetic), I worry that the finish will wear off quickly from touching it so much to open/close. The strap is the classic chained and leather style, it looks nice, but it does "dig" into my shoulder a bit because it's a bit narrow, and the bag is a little heavy. This makes it better for evening wear, such as a date night, rather than for every day, all day. Price point is a little high at $298, there are other brands known for leather that I would probably get instead. But, if you like the look of the classic Chanel flap but you're on a budget, this is a good option!

I got this Karl Lagerfeld crossbody bag with the chain strap in the black-and-gold color option for my daughter. She is a big fan of the Karl Lagerfeld brand, so when I saw this bag, I knew she would really enjoy it.
