The outside hard shell isn’t super hard and it’s a bit flimisy, but for the price I think it’s a great set. Would buy another set just like it. If you are looking for a hard solid exterior, this isn’t the set.

The media could not be loaded. This is by far the worst company out there!! My luggage came defected and you could clearly see it’s a manufactured defect. It was damages on 2 of the suitcases and a zipper defect on the small carry on one. All 3 had a zipper defect. They offer me $20 after acknowledging that the luggage was defected. Instead of a full refund. I’m on disability, so my income is on a fixed budget. I get help with everything and it’s not fair that this company would treat me like this! The box it came in I had it discarded after I noticed that it was defected. And that day happened to be trash pickup, so I have no box to return it and nobody will not pick it up without it being properly packaged. They told me to take it to the post office. I have no way of getting there. So I asked my son, they said they didn’t have a box big enough for it to contact the company and they still refused to give me a refund!! It’s now going on two weeks and nothing!! Please do not buy from this company! The customer service is horrible and they simply don’t care about their customers. My trip is Sunday and I still have no luggage. This is horrible, just horrible!!

These suitcases are honestly the best and cutest I have ever owned, and they were an incredible value for the price. The set arrived in an extremely large box and included three different-sized bags, each offering plenty of space to fit almost everything I needed. I especially love the pink color—it was perfect for my trip. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

I'm so excited to have finally ordered this suitcase after searching around in different places for the best deal, and I'm glad I found the perfect one that fits my budget and for my family. Pros 1 The color selection was perfect, I was able to order pink for us girls/ blue for my husband. 2 The 3 different sizes are perfect for the family. 3 The wheels are great for a long trip in the airport. 4 very affordable. 5 very light weight which is perfect for trip with 3 kids. Cons 1 The hard plastic looks a bit flimsy but I will update when we come back from this trip. 2 the zipper was getting stuck when closing the bag but will update. 🔴 update we didn’t realize how much walking we had to do in our trip to Paris and those bags did amazing. We had to walk with them for hrs. Waiting for our Airbnb and the streets were uneven and the tires sure make it , they got thrown out In The airport and no damage was visible. I’m very pleased with this bags .

One trip. 2 flights. 3 airports. Already pretty scuffed up. Contents were fine and easy to spot at baggage claim. Wheels were struggling on the hotel carpet.

Got these a year ago and have done a lot of travel/moving since, and they’ve held up great. Only issue is with the zippers, you have to really hold the suitcase shut a certain way to get them to zip. Hard to overpack your suitcase lol
