However, the 28" suitcase only lasted two trips in which the last one it was cracked badly in the corner which is affecting it's rolling ability. It just doesn't hold up to the handling by airlines like needed. The others are used for carry on travel or by car, which are in great shape with zero issues.

The outside hard shell isn’t super hard and it’s a bit flimisy, but for the price I think it’s a great set. Would buy another set just like it. If you are looking for a hard solid exterior, this isn’t the set.

SUCH POOR QUALITY!!! Where do I start? There has been so many issues with this set. 1. The wheels would constantly jam and wouldn’t roll properly. 2. The wheels would not move smoothly on different type of flooring like my other luggages. 3. One wheel broke on EACH of the 3 out of the 4 luggages I used the FIRST TIME. 4. Zipper has popped open multiple times. 5. The TSA lock would jam even if I put the correct passcode. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND BUY THIS HORRIBLE SET!!

I am not sure that I can blame the manufacturer or the airline. The outside shell of the suitcase broke on one of my cross-country flights. I travel 2-3 times a week via airplane, for reference. The suitcase lasted me 3 weeks from the time I received my order until the outer shell broke, rendering it useless. Fortunately, the airline replaced the suitcase free of charge for the damage incurred during travel. * This is a note for those who travel recreationally and may not know that airlines can and will replace damaged luggage. Other than the damage, the suitcases were a fashionable design and functional. The handle was ergonomic and comfortable in my hand going through the airports. The wheels made the rolling action very easy and rolled freely. I would give a higher rating if not for the shell breaking, even though it may not have been the manufactures fault.
