Over the last 5 to 7 years, we have watched our really expensive, , Samsonite luggage get destroyed little by little by the airlines on every trip. I think my wife's set is down to only one or two zipper pulls. Our bags have been dropped, dragged and even left on the tarmac during heavy rains. So when I saw this set of luggage, I thought, let's give a hard sided set a try and see! My initial impressions are very good. The exterior of these luggage pieces are of a hard, but flexible material, so the seem fairly durable. Hopefully this material will absorb some of the beatings it will take at an airport. The luggage includes lockable zipper pulls which I think will help with damaged zipper pulls from the airlines. The only concern is the locks do not appear to be TSA approved, so if they need to get into the bag, they might have to call you for the code or they may just cut the zipper pull. Size is decent and each bag opens like a clam shell allowing you to fill and secure each side before closing it up. The wheels roll really good and the luggage is lightweight. Includes comfortable handles and sturdy retractable handles on the back. So for my final thoughts, I think this set of luggage is an excellent value and quality, especially at this price point. They should hold up, but if an airline destroys a bag, they'll probably give you the same amount as your would have paid for the whole set of three. Honestly, at this price point, you could buy a whole new set of bags before each trip you take. I guess the way airlines handle bags nowadays, there is no reason to spend a lot on new luggage.

I regret purchasing this 3 piece hard suitcase set. The moment I opened the box, my excitement turned to disappointment; the largest suitcase already had noticeable scratches and scuff marks, making it look used right out of the factory. Despite being advertised as a durable hard case, the material feels flimsy and cheap, definitely not built to withstand the rigors of business travel. The "spinner wheels" are a joke—they constantly stick and drag, making navigating an airport a genuine struggle. As for the so-called built-in lock, it feels incredibly insubstantial and offered me no real sense of security for my belongings. The color, looks, functionality, nothing matches the listing. Roomy is not a thing in it. Save your money and invest in a quality set; this one is a lightweight disaster that won't last more than one trip.

Overall, this turned out to be a nice set of luggage. The three matching pieces look good together and have a nice modern style. The luggage set is very durable, and I think it will hold up well. I'll start with the exterior; the material is very flexible but medium-to-heavy plastic. It doesn't have a lot of weight, which is good, but I still think it will offer very good protection and it's not nearly as heavy as a traditional hard case, it is much lighter. The zippers work very smoothly, which is another very nice aspect. Of course, they go almost all the way around the luggage so you can open it up and lay it out on the bed. The main handle on top is a flexible solid rubber, and it lays flat when not in use so it's not likely to get accidentally damaged kind of another good feature on this luggage set. The extendable handle has solid clicks and is made of plastic and aluminum for durability. Finally, I would say the wheels are better than expected, they are lightweight but they do have actual rubber tread on a hard plastic wheel so I think they will work quite well.

Product arrived cracked and broken at the corner. Product looks and feels very cheap. Very very low quality plastic. If it cracked in transit packed in a box. Can you imagine landing at the airport and receiving it there?
