I ordered this window vac because a friend bought one at a car show and really likes it. When it arrived I realized that the one I had purchased had a European plug which made it useless to me. The manufacturer said I should contact the US division of their company to obtain the right charging cord. When I did that I was told that was not an option and I had to return the one I had and order one from the US. My advice would be that if you order one of these you make sure it is not being shipped from Europe. The model number should not include an "N" apparently. ... show more

The plug problem the fact that they only send one rag for the large scrubber not the small so it is very messy on the sides of the woodwork. This is a great unit. I have used it in Europe. When I ordered it from Amazon it came with a charger for UK outlet. When I complaint the answer I got was to go buy an adapter!
