I tested this device for three days to confirm it would work as intended for my end of summer business event. I packaged it back in the box and securely stored it until the event day. I was surprised that on the day I needed the speaker , it did not work. The sound was faint at best. I am disappointed that I have not been able to troubleshoot the problem with anyone after believing that I would have support post purchase. That is not true. The few people I’ve spoken to seem to have minimal knowledge about electronics, particularly about this karaoke machine. The following is a false statement: What's Product Support? I love this Karaoke Machine, It has been used as a home theater speaker and just a bluetooth speaker. It has its own volume control, but you can make it louder using device volume control as well. It is compact enough to place out of the way and people will be looking for it. As a Karaoke Machine the mic have a little echo behind them but they work and was great for get togethers and family fun nignts. Using it right now as a speaker for favor playlist

Returned as too low powered for Karaoke. Maybe great for kids you don’t want overly loud. But not an adult machine.

Out of the box, the unit failed to turn on. Found AC power cord was bad...no continuity on two of three wire. Cord is standard AC cord so I had a spare one to use. The skimpy manual that came with was more of a Quick Start guide. When trying to get the HDMI/ARC feature to work, the HDMI cable broke (see pix). Had a spare cable and tried again. HDMI OUT to HDMI/ARC compatible TV... Mode set to ARC/AUX. Sound from the TV muted, which is to be expected, but no sound from the POWCONF. Tried the setup to another sound bar ... audio from TV worked fine. As stated before the manual is very brief with no troubleshooting guide. There is no online help... actually the only internet reference to the POWCONF SP3000 was the Amazon site selling the unit and few other sites selling accessories. Sound quality is decent but poor quality cables and very poor documentation make it a "No Go".

The media could not be loaded. This Karaoke Machine by POWCONF, is a very nice, smaller karaoke machine with impressive sound, usability and few drawbacks. Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying. I. Quality – The overall quality of the main unit is very nice with loud speakers for the size and a durable feel, but I expected higher quality for this level of cost. The microphones are even nicer quality and kind of impressive. I’d put the whole unit in the lower side of the upper tier of the quality scale for karaoke machines and guess it should last me for a long time of good service. II. Performance – This machine is easy to connect to with your phone or other devices, whether though Bluetooth or hardwired. It keeps a stable connection and provide a great level of sound for the size, that on par with a nice soundbar. The quality of the sound is equally as enjoyable with a good blend of the different tones, but is lacking in a significant base as you might imagine for the size speakers. It has a simple operation and is easy to figure out. The mics connect instantly through Bluetooth and can work from a good distance with little feedback, unless you get too close. It’s also easy to adjust how much of your voice is coming through, versus the music through the mic itself. They’re very solid and feel like a professional set of microphones. I was disappointed to realize there isn’t anywhere to store the mics on the main unit at all, I guess you just put them next to it or in a drawer. This machine will work great as a sound bar most of the time and be ready for those wild and crazy karaoke nights, when they spring up. Overall, this is a very well made machine that performs quite good, especially versus your typical karaoke machine. I’m not feeling all warm and fuzzy about the value proposition. I’m still very happy with it, glad to have its abilities around and get excited every time I have the opportunity to use it in any capacity. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it. If you’d find it helpful to see a visual inspection of this product, I recommend you watch my included video in full screen or landscape. They say a picture is worth a 1000 words, well it’s a video! You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the lack of instructions. I finally got it to connect by bluetooth and it worked well. You have the option to use your phone or TV. It sounds good and has a high volume. As long as you have power you can move it from room to room or a small venue.
