Tried using it but the system times out every 15 minutes 4x, so has to return it. It sounded good, wanted to keep it but it just wouldn't work if it times out every 15 minutes of play. Trying a more expensive PA system.

I’m honestly so in love with this speaker. It’s perfect during a pool day or just grilling outside- I married an audio guy and we are a family that love our colorful lights. The sound quality on this speaker is great, and it’s very customizable. The ability to customize the sound is really awesome and my husband set about tuning it right away. Our kids and their friends really enjoy being able to swim with the music they love blasting. This thing gets loud. Like, LOUD loud. Even turning it up to 2 when I have it in my bedroom will have my oldest daughter banging on the ceiling (her room is under ours). We are very fortunate to live next-door to an empty lot that is quite large, no backyard, neighbors, and on the other side of us as well as across the street they love it just as much and spend a decent amount of time blasting their own music and jamming with ours so we don’t have to worry about neighbors complaining when we turn it up. And these speakers- they’re 8” each”- can handle a lot. I have drove to my husband that I have no need for a speaker system because I can just throw this in the back of my SUV if I want to. I’m only halfway joking. He customizes cars and a couple of his specialties are in fabrication and in sound, and often the two together- and he has a reputation for being able to build the smallest enclosure possible to maximize space without sacrificing sound depth or quality, and push very small speakers in a way that doesn’t risk their integrity, so that they sound like the biggest speakers you’ve ever heard. It’s quite impressive; it was really cool as he developed the skill to realize that I had never really heard all of a song until I had heard it through something he had tuned and hearing all of the little pieces that had been drowned out by stock speakers or bad tuning was really cool. So, it goes without saying that we have a LOT of speakers, and not all of them are even doing anything but waiting to be used- he has a massive collection. This setup holds its own against his sound systems, where he really pushes it- both in his SUV and in his shop. As a reference point, the bulk of his lows in the shop are coming from 2 giant concert speakers. And this easily competes with it. He also recently started on an outdoor setup so I anticipate he and I will be butting heads a bit for what gets used when- and for me this is the best choice. With the customizable sound you’re able to achieve great sound quality that doesn’t crush the lows, but gives you plenty of bass- and it still doesn’t drown out the mid and highs. That is one of the things that my husband is particularly specialized in, being able to achieve that kind of balance so you’ve got the entirety of any song that you’re playing- we can literally hear the difference between cars he’s done and others the second we hear it blocks away, and even our dogs know the difference which is wild to me because they won’t bark unless they hear something he’s done, thinking it’s him- and this speaker is able to be fine tuned to the same level of precision which is really nice. The remote gives you a lot of control as well and it’s great to be able to use it instead of having to stop what I’m doing and go over to manually skip a song or change something. The mics are good quality, although we haven’t used them a ton we very likely will be soon as we open up the pool and start entertaining. We have a projector that we set up a giant screen for from time to time and have a ton of people over for a bonfire and outdoor movie screening, and we will be using it for that as well. We used it last time we did it, right before it got cold and it was awesome- everyone loved it. We had a lot of people there last time and I got so many comments on how clear the sound was- even from those furthest away from it. I also really love that it has a guitar jack. I need to get back to learning but my youngest daughter and I both have electric guitars, and both of them sound amazing when they’re plugged into this speaker box. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it is a really nice feature to have especially if you don’t wanna get out your amp, which I typically don’t. She has a little portable one that she uses more often, but she does plug into this one as well, whether it’s my Les Paul or her more generic guitar, it sounds amazing. Put simply- this thing is a BEAST. There’s no need to pay for a name when you can get the same quality with this setup. And the light show is an added bonus- it fits in very well with the rest of our setup outside. We absolutely love it. It’s well worth the price- beyond worth it.

The media could not be loaded. The sound quality is AMAZING! The bass is unlike any unit I have ever heard at this price point. This produces an instant WOW FACTOR. As soon as you turn on the unit it makes a noise introducing the incredible bass and I immediately had zero regrets. This is a party machine that brings on the fun. While it is exceptionally large it is easily moveable and can be conveniently toted to a party or event in addition to be used at home. I was able to easily connect this to my phone using Bluetooth. I also did so with my iPad and found that to be ideal when using YouTube you can easily position the iPad on top of the unit in the small indentation. The microphones take batteries and are wireless. They work fantastic and I have been able to still maintain range on different floors of my home. The lights within the unit add to the party feel and really make for a great vibe if you’re hosting a party or hanging out with friends. Don’t be intimidated by the buttons. It’s a no nonsense machine you can pop right out of the box and use seamlessly. This isn’t something that requires great technical knowledge. While this does have a sick amount of features you don’t have to use them. The machine is designed for a novice or experienced DJ. It doesn’t take much to create a brilliant light show. The shortcut buttons are honestly a breeze to learn. There is more added value if you use all the features but I still believe it to be worth it without mastering them.
