The magnets arrive well packed with spacers between to allow them to be easily slid of the stack. I don't know how people drop and break them. I used two of these to insure the fire door to my boiler would close fully to pass inspection and I'm thinking of removing one because it's now necessary to give the door a bit of yank to open. That's how strong they are. I will add a warning, to be careful of placing them on a metal object, say maybe a fridge door, as you won't be able to pull them off, they'll need to be slid off to the side and then pulled from there.

Originally I wanted just an affordable level and didn't have much expectations from a tool of this price range. Turns out it's much better than I expected. Well engineered, compact and accurate. Awesome!

I bought this level for my 2.5 year old son, actually, because he wants to do everything his Daddy is doing. Since my husband uses a level a lot, my son was searching for one for him to use as well. This is the perfect size for him! The price was great, and what I found that's even better is that I needed a level for a tight spot and my husband's large one wouldn't work - but this one worked great. So it serves many purposes in our home.

This level is the perfect size to fit inside my toolbox, making it much handier to carry around than the larger metal level I have. I was a little worried that it was made of plastic and not the metal I'm used to, but it is very hard, durable type of plastic that I expect to last for years and years. One other plus is that it is magnetic on one side. Great little level.

Bought this because I needed to mount my plasma to the wall and I needed a level. Didn't really want to shell out a lot of money for a tool I would probably use once, and I saw this one here so I figured why not. Well it turns out it was a great buy. Not only did my TV mount nicely, I realized I could use it around the house for more projects, and although not top of the line it gets the job done. Don't expect to use this with really large objects though, for that you'll probably want a longer and more expensive level, for what I needed though it was well worth it. I would recommend this 9" level to anyone.
