So I can truly say that my son loves it. I got this for my teenage boy who loves to play daily. He has been using it, and he really loves the grip and hold that he has while using it. It connects very well to his Steam Deck and laptop. He also likes the good quality case that it comes with and the ease of using it, and the vibration effects as well. It has a few extra thumbsticks and pads, and a nice charging cable to charge it. He used it all day with a full charge and had no issues with it at all. It's very comfy for long use. Color is a pretty white and black design.

So, this is an odd one. I've spent a lot of time researching the differences between this controller and the OEM elite controller, but I can't seem to find any. If you Google this controller, you'll see that it comes with everything this comes with. The same case, the same accessories, the same charger, even the same cable. The grip is exactly the same, it has the same buttons, adjustments and modes…everything is the same. This begs the question…why does this exist? I can't prove it, but I have a theory that this is refurbished, but they're just passing it off as “custom” because I can't find a single difference between this and an OEM elite controller. I don't know what they mean by “customized” because it's the same as an elite 2 controller, but cheaper, which is suspicious. Having said that, this controller works great. It's extremely comfortable, with the rubber adding a lot of extra grip. The buttons are all as expected, but being able to adjust the travel of the triggers and the tension on the thumb sticks is a great and useful feature. You get different thumb sticks and 2 different D pads that are easy to swap, just pull them off and pop a new one on. The extra paddles on the back are great to have and can be programmed to whatever you want, whether it's Xbox functions or keyboard and mouse functions/shortcuts. If you don't want to use them or you don't like the way they feel, you can just remove them. You have to download the Xbox accessories software to program the controller but it's worth it. You can save custom profiles so you're able to switch at a moment's notice which can come in handy when switching from console to PC. Connecting the controller to different devices is as easy as you'd expect. I've been having issues using it with Steam Link ever since I saved a custom profile, and I'm not sure why, but I don't fault the actual controller as this seems to be more of a software issue. Overall this is a great controller, but I can't say that it's worth getting over the OEM elite 2 controller.
