I’ve used the bath twice now and love it. The assembly of the bath was fairly easy. It’s very sturdy and beautiful. All of the controls work great. I was concerned that the spray nozzle wouldn’t have enough pressure, but it does. I like the non-slip shelves that offer different levels for the dog to stand on and the water to drain through. My puppy (almost 6 month old golden retriever) is reluctant to get her back paws on the ramp so I boost her in. She’s very happy in there. The faucets are of good quality and very easy to use. I am 5’5” and the tub is the perfect height so I can stand comfortably and still reach the dog. The tub came with a rubber mat that you can stick on the side of the unit. I smeared peanut butter on the pad and my dog was a huge fan. It is very easy to reach the faucet, hot and cold water control and the flip of a switch easily changes the water flow between the faucet and the sprayer. There is a large container for the shampoo. All of these can be easily operated with one hand. There are two leashes that come with it for securely holding the dog in place. You can also adjust the height of the work surface to three different positions which make it convenient for any size dog. There is a little basket in the bottom that catches hair, nail trimmings etc. I was thinking it was maybe a little overkill to have such a luxurious dog wash for my home use, but I love it and I’m very happy we decided on this unit. I love the ability to have the tub at different heights. I have some dogs that are bigger, and this works for all of them! All of my dogs feel stable and at ease when in the tub. So far so good!

This dog wash station is sturdy and well built. My golden retrievers easily learned to jump in/out (they are young enough to eschew the ramp). I hired a handyman to install it and could not have done so on my own—the plumbing was complicated. I am very happy with my purchase.

We love the product! We own a small dog training facility in the Bay Area, and having this is a huge help for bathing not only our own dogs, but client dogs as well! Super easy set up. Best part! My back doesn't hurt aftering bathing all the dogs anymore!
