Other than that was easy to put together, took about 25 minutes other than the 40 minutes it took me to get replacement parts. I absolutely love this and it was easy to assemble. However, they do not give you extra screws and pieces. One of the screws that goes on the bottom and becomes the footer so it doesn’t scratch the floor, is broken. The screw is separated and loose from the plastic knob that is connected. It will not screw in due to this. I do not want to send back the whole item but I wish there was a way for them to just send me this piece. ... show more
