Good quality, nice engraving, came perfectly in tune, and contains everything you could need in the carrying kit (quality hard case, soft case, cleaning cloth, music book, finger protectors, tuning hammer). The only thing you could possibly need in addition to this is a chromatic tuner to make sure it's in tune, but not really necessary. Sound is beautiful, warm, chime-like, and the hollow sound board gives good volume (but still a quiet instrument overall) There are no sharps or flats on a kalimba, but you can even hack that (to some extent) with the tuning hammer. Tuning is simple. My students and I were able to tune the B's flat so we could play a song in the key of F. I gave these as gifts to my piano students and they immediately picked them up and played with them the whole lesson. Amazing, portable, creatively stimulating gift. They also appreciated the music quote on the back :) After receiving, I came back and bought 2 more for gifts. Great purchase.

This kalimba is very sturdy, with a great color and design. It is nice and portable, and comes with a hard and soft case, as well as plenty of resources to help you learn! I collect and play musical instruments, and this is definitely one of my favorites! It has a soothing sound and you can play many songs on it easily. I will personally play it all the time and bring it with me on trips. I highly recommend this product!

Not my first kalimba but probably my last! Decided to pay a little extra for a better wood and was not disappointed. Very warm and rich sound for a kalimba. Well constructed and comes with everything you need. The only negative I can see is the hardcase is not deep enough and puts pressure on the keys when used (problem with ALL kalimba sets, not just this one). The measurements are in the pictures, very easy to see the case holds the entire kalimba in via the keys, so don't drop it or you might have to retune the whole thing. Minor gripe aside the sound makes up for any small shortcomings, do not hesitate to buy, you'll love the rich sound it produces.

I’m beyond thrilled with my kalimba! I started learning on an 8 key and then got hooked so I bought a 17 key! This is a wonderful beginner instrument for those who are first being introduced to playing music but it’s also great for people getting back into music after being away for a while! Definitely recommend giving it a try!

My Kalimba arrived yesterday. It is a beautiful instrumental it includes a nice protective carrying case. It was very fairly priced. The sound is great and it seems to be in perfect pitch, although I have not tested it using a tuner. I would recommend the Flumello Kalimba to anyone interested in buying a Kalimba for themself. This instrument is a perfect size for travel. It fits naturally in my hands and is easy to hold while playing. I am so thrilled to add this instrument to my collection!

My kalimba arrived well in tune out of the box. Love the timbre of the instrument because the sound reminds me of the music boxes from my childhood. It fits very well inside the hard case and I was surprised the included case was so nice. The instrument itself came in good condition with no scratches other flaws. This would be a fantastic gift for any musician in your life.

These are gifts for kids (10 and 13) who love and play music in general, including piano. They both figured out the music notes that came with it very quickly and started playing songs right away. I like the hard case and the color of the wood. The instrument look really nice and comes equipped with everything you needed.
