Overall a nice unit, compact and not too loud. The wooden slat trays look and feel delicate, yet are strong enough to hold 5 bottles. However, if the bottles aren't the expected size, you won't be able to fit 5 on a tray. I have quite a few bottles that seem to be oversized, either wider than expected or the neck doesn't taper as low as expected. I ended up only being able to fit 4 on a rack, and they don't all rest in the grooves between the slats. This also causes some of the shelves get caught on the bottles when trying to slide them out.     • Dual Zone Temp Regulation is Off

I purchased this refrigerator about a month ago. I’ve been monitoring the upper and lower zone temperatures with a fridge thermometer. Despite setting the lower zone for 55F, and 40°F for the upper zone, the upper zone tends to fluctuate anywhere between 48 to 52° depending on whether the compressor is on or off. The upper zone fails to ever reach 40. I’m not sure whether this is normal, I reached out to Kalamera customer service several days ago but they have not yet responded. The lower zone remains fairly constant at 55°. Aside from the temperature issue, the refrigerator is nicely designed and is quiet. Just disappointed at the wide range of temperature fluctuation for the upper zone. I suspect there is only one thermostat located in the lower area. Edit: I’m disappointed with Kalamera customer service. Despite resending my inquiry regarding this issue, they still have not responded after six days. Poorfollow up. ... show more

Shelving is not designed well to accept varying sized bottles...Pinot bottles take extra space and should allow for a slender bottle between each thicker bottle. The material seems very fragile...But it works better than the old Sub-Zero!

Wine cooler was well packed and arrived without any damage. Has held the temps just as I set them. The racks are a little flimsy but seem to hold the bottles in place. Cooler is very quite and runs smoothly.

Good beverage refrigerator. Keeps drinks nice and cold but my only grip is that the light is either on or off and to my knowledge there is no way to switch it to only on when door is open.

Delivery in a timely manner, quiet motor, very sleek with excellent temperature control. We decided to pull the dishwasher and place this lovely wine cooler in its place which fits perfectly in the empty space. We love it and the grandchildren love it too(for the sodas NOT the wine)!
