Really impressed with this trumpet. As far as cheap trumpets go I think this is the best one you are going to find. The fit and finish is just tighter and different than the other 2 brands I've seen (starting with E and V on Amazon). The valves are smooth and marked properly to go back in their proper hole. The mouthpiece is better than average. The Kaisers are clearly made by a different company than the other ones. I don't see how you can have any regrets for 95 bucks, give it a good inspection when you get it and keep it forever. Glad I shopped around and returned a couple before I got this one. I also have a King trumpet from the 60's and this Kaiser is actually easier to play, for what that's worth. ... show more

    • Great value, great looking
A friend got me to join a local orchestra and I had to borrow a trumpet for a number of months. When I decided to continue playing I purchased this trumpet with which I am well pleased! It has better valving than the one I borrowed (they self align when turned - whatever you pros call that) and it friggin looks sexy; what can I say? Lol It looks better than I p!ay for sure. The valves are easy to lube, and this trumpet is just plain fun! Thanks, Kaiser! I'm no pro, but I'm very satisfied with the value. (I have been playing weekly for more than a year now - since playing in high school over 20 years ago!) ... show more

Beautiful trumpet. Plays well. Rich full sound on the lower end. Tends to be sharp from high G and above. Got the trim kit because pearls pads that it came with felt cheap. Much better look. Did not like the mouthpiece it came with so bought a different one. Somehow that seemed to help with being sharp on higher notes. Overall definitely a nice trumpet. ... show more
