have a 1 year old Dachshund, the ball is just a little to big, at first the ball was to aggressive and scared her but she got used to and she has found a way to carry it. This ball was a bit too aggressive for my pup. It was very violent and she didn't like nor did I. Maybe it would be good for a 70 lb plus dog but just too much for us. It spun super fast and aggressively.

My dog is 7# - she is small- she liked it but was a little scare …. Little by little she got used to the noisy jumping and lights of the ball. I agree it is heavy weight for my dog to grab and run with it . Any ways, It is a good thing to have it around. The ball distracts the dog and she always pay attention to the ball. My dog jumps and runs around the ball . Lol. I am keeping it. ( not returning) . It’s a different type of toy.
