The media could not be loaded. Got this new rifle safe to store my shot gun & an AR15, to prevent my kids from accessing it. This safe is about 60 lbs , so it has a decent weight, not too heavy, which means it can be easier to move it around if needed. The safe has pre-drilled holes in the back, so that it can be secured anchored to the wall. There are also pre-drill holes on the bottom of the safe to enable it to be anchor permanently to the floor if needed. This safe has 2 separate compartments, top drawer is a smaller 14" x 12" compartment which is good for ammo or hand guns, also good for cash, jewelry or some important documents; and the bottom compartment is big enough to fit my AR15 and shot gun and there's still space for another one in the future. The top compartment can only be opened by the keys, so I actually hang that key inside the bottom compartment where it's more convenient to open it using either my fingerprint or access code. The fingerprint reader is responsive is accurate. Overall, it was easy to set up, configured the locks, and secured to the wall and it's giving me peace of mind for having a secured location to keep my kids from messing with those things. ... show more

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Reader isn't easiest to setup, and the keypad/print reader feel a little cheap. Is a little smaller than expected for the price. One thing that did really bother me is that I couldn't put my rifle in the way you would expect it to fit with a scope on it, it prevented the door from shutting. So my rifle is in there sideways, not a huge deal for now until I get more to put in there. It's not super thick steel or anything but feels heavy and sturdy enough to keep some things safe. And the keys that came for the top lock look really nice, and there is a REALLY satisfying clicking noise when you unlock/lock it. I'm happy with the purchase, although seems like I may have found same thing just a hint cheaper from what I looked at. Worth it, just a little pricey for what it is. (Title says large, it's not that large.) ... show more

After 6 months it broke on me it will not lock and it will not stay closed with alil bit of pressure it opens I do not recommend this it’s really cheap made were it locks point of haveing a safe it’s to keep your things safe and it dose not

This is a good sturdy gun safe. I’ve been looking for another one to add to my collection and this one has met all my needs. Would definitely recommend to someone that is in the market for one. It is easy to program and works well.

This safe is more like a slightly built up gun cabinet. Locking mechanisms are very low quality and easily busted open with a full size crow bar. This safe will keep young kids out but thats about it.
