When we opened the box we were ready to return it. It did not look like the photo even with the branches spread out. The branches left a few holes which had to be filled with ornaments to hide the trunk which was visible. What saved this tree and turned it from a cow to a beauty Queen was the number of branch tips upon which many many ornaments could hang. By the time lights were added as you can see from the photo, it wasn’t a bad looking tree with the addition of bows at the top and smaller velvet ribbons all over, compliments of Amazon. Once fully decorated we felt there was no need to return it. I just thought it necessary to let you know you would need to fully decorate and cover the flaws to make it pretty. Was it worth the money? The jury is still out because I don’t know how much a full tree with many layers like the photo would cost,, probably upwards of 200 dollars. Additionally and very important, the height and width is ideal for a small space, and you still get a lot of tree. ... show more

    • Just the right size
We are retired and were looking for a smaller tree, one we could sit on a small table. This one is the perfect size -- about a foot shorter than the one we are currently using. We don't use llights, and we've found a white tree shows off our ornments well without them. This is a nice bushy one.

I really dislike providing a negative review but this item was falsely advertised.Stated it was like a real tree but branches are like paper not bristles as advertised. This tree was for a community center and cannot be used due to the type of material. A waste of time and money. Hoping for a refund since it cannot be used. Awful!!! ... show more

It's okay for the price, not as great looking as advertised. Was easy to set up and even came with a pair of gloves so that you don't get scratched up from fluffing.
