As of May 27th this is how it looks inside the box after opening it; no instructions so watching a YouTube tutorial will be helpful. Haven’t used it yet but will be back sometime in a few weeks to give an update. Looks like it’s in great condition so far June 14: iUsed it for 5 hours and it works great! Just be sure to brush off the particles of yarn after every use and lubricate it every three weeks or so. Will be back after a month or so for another update August 23: Must say I’m glad I bought this and still have no issues with it. Works like a charm! February 6th 2022: Still working great, still no issues after hours and hours of tufting. Just remember to always take care of the equipment after each use

I’ve had this for a little over a month and it’s broken. I logged in today and I missed my return window by a week. I want to return it and would recommend no one purchase this. I didn’t even get to make one rug, and the guns making a clicking sound. Before this happened, the gun still sucked because it wouldn’t cut all the strings right.
