Grandson loves the dirtbike. Had a few troubles when we first assembled and contacted the seller. They sent additional videos to help us. Then 4 months later, a piece of the chain fell off and I contacted them again and they sent us a new chain tensioner. The bike is working great again. I'm giving them 5 stars for their customer service because they took care of us and stayed in contact until the bike was back in service and made sure that we were satisfied. Thank you!!!

The media could not be loaded. The bike itself is well worth the money. Very impressed for the price. 4 stars instead of 5 is simply because the graphics and plastics are cheap and pealed almost immediately. However, like I said the bike is fantastic and I would buy again without hesitation. Also, 4/5 because they ship with FedEx which is a pain in the xxx for where we live, which delayed the delivery by several days. Overall, buy the bike you’ll be pleased with it. My 8 and 3 yr old are ripping on it. We’ve had it for a few weeks and are looking to get gas bikes already.

We got this bike for our 3 year old. Very easy to use, he caught on within a few days. Lightweight and durable. He has been loving it! We believe it is a great price as well compared to others on the market. We did have the chain tension spring break a few weeks after purchase. I reached out to the seller to see about a replacement rather than having to go through a return. They replied within an hour with a replacement on the way. Great customer service! That means the most to us! We even waited a week while they restocked to purchase another one for our other son.

Traded another in for this electric dirt bike and so glad we did! It is perfect for our 5 year old. Has 3 different levels of speed and he does all 3. Love this!! Would definitely recommend!

Good bike. However, my husband had to rig a part to keep the chain stable because it kept popping off. I'm talking like every few minutes it was coming off. I feel like for the price point this is unacceptable. He spent $13 on getting it stable enough to stay on. The company should definitely look at their design and fix this issue since other reviews indicate that it is a recurring issue. Definitely worth keeping, but only because I have someone who knew how to stabilize the chain otherwise I would be returning. The lights are really cool at night and because of the different speed settings, it is suitable for my 6 year old.
