Things to note: 1. This item is delivered in TWO boxes. They may not arrive on the same day. Be patient! 2. There are many parts. It takes a good 4 hours to put together. 3. The directions are pictures and pretty easy to follow if you take your time. 4. Quality is deceiving - give it a chance before judgement. 5. The TV stand box is pretty heavy. You may need two people to move it unopened. I received the fireplace first. I contacted the seller not knowing there would be two boxes. They responded within 24 hours. The TV stand box arrived two days later. The box was heavily damaged from shipping. I opened the box and laid out all the pieces. I initially thought it was flimsy and was going to be low quality particle board type furniture and not sturdy. I also noted one of the bottom 'front facing' pieces had scraped paint type damage from shipping. I questioned sending it back, but decided let's put it together first and see. I'm glad I did. It did take some time and patience to put together. There are quite a lot of pieces and just over 50 steps. It is definitely much sturdier put together than it would seem from the parts alone. Frankly, for the price point, I was pretty impressed. The crystals and the mounting plates for the fireplace were missing from the box. So, I had a damaged board and some missing parts. Now let's talk customer service ... I contact customer service. They responded within Amazon's service agreement timeframe. I think it was about or shortly over 24 hours each time. I explained exactly what part was damaged and what items were missing. They ended up sending me a whole new box for the TV stand part because they were concerned sending a single board would arrive damaged. It is good they did, because the shipper they are using stinks. The second box arrived in worse shape than the first with additional damaged pieces. I suggested a different shipper and some ideas on better packaging. That said, I was able to piece things together for an undamaged final product. The crystals and mounting bracket for the fireplace were sent separately from China and did take quite a bit more time to arrive. All that, why the 5 stars? In today's day and age you don't find a lot of companies that follow through. I was pleasantly surprised by several points. The quality turned out better after put together. The customer service was friendly and followed through. They were excellent about assuring my issues would be resolved. They communicated effectively and maintained friendliness even though I had more than one issue with the product. I didn't order or pay for a super expensive, high-end TV stand - I definitely think I got my money's worth. There's something to be said for a company with integrity and drive to do right by their customers. Plus, turns out it is super cute all put together.

Initially I would have given this item 0 stars because when the packages both arrived and I went to assemble I found no LED lights nor a remote. Instead of returning I contacted the seller and they promptly shipped me replacement lights and remote. They arrived 10 days after shipping and this immediately became the focal point of my living room. It is an amazing deal and definitely looks like you bought it from a furniture store and spent $2,000+ on it. The storage capacity is great. I fit my PS5 in the upper section and my switch on the other side. The lit up sides contain all our games and our controllers fit in the drawers. It's high quality and beautiful. I'm glad it fit below our TV as we have an 85 inch TV that's wall mounted. It's just a little bit smaller than the TV but it works perfectly. 10/10 recommend this product as the seller made right the missing part so quickly. I just assembled the whole product then when the lights arrived easily assembled it. The height is described perfectly in the pictures.

This is a great TV stand/fireplace. Easy to read instructions and took a little while to build but went together nicely. I used some extra wood glue when putting together just for extra support. I also took off the backing to have easier access to my receiver on the shelf. The fireplace is really cool with so many options for led colors and can put on the auto changing ones for both the backlight and the fire flames. They even give you extra side shelf led's incase need to be replaced. Only issue had is the black top was slightly damaged due to it being closest to the outside of the box, but they gave a credit back which was nice. Overall very satisfied and might even buy some of the other products they have.

Just a heads up, this piece does arrive in two separate boxes and they may not arrive the same day. I didn't realize that at first. All in all, this is a beautiful living room stand/fireplace, quality material and very sturdy. This did take several hours to put together and will more than likely require a second set of hands, however, the instructions were very detailed and clear. Did not come with any missing and/or damaged pieces. Everything aligned perfectly while assembling. There is plenty of storage between the shelving system and drawers. My only complaint is that my remote stopped working for the fireplace after using only a handful of times. The fireplace itself still works when manually pressing the buttons on the fireplace. If the remote didn't quit working I would have given this piece 5 stars because it really is a great addition to my home. Also, my cats love the lighting features.

This thing actually surprised me. It comes in 2.3 trillion pieces, I was sure there were going to be panels that don't line up or pieces missing. Nope, lots of extra screws, pegs, pins, etc. All the panels lines up. Every panel is straight, no fighting it to get things to line up straight. I'm impressed. Love the color changing fireplace and how it matches the lighting of the cabinets. Puts off a decent amount of heat. To everyone else's point - takes 1/2 day even with some help and know-how. Once it's done, it feels very high quality.

Unfortunately this is not white it is more of an oatmeal color and the “wood grain” pattern just looks like scratches in the off white color. Secondly this was missing 8 of the 41 can bolts required for assembly. Luckily I saved similar Amazon furniture extras and had some the same size to use. Thirdly the parts fit together loosely with about half of the cam bolt/locks not being able to tighten down despite swapping out the locking disc. Overall this product is not as described, missing parts vital for assembly, and has ill fitting hardware leading to anticipated breakdown of the product. I want to return it because it’s too expensive to have such major flaws, but it’s a beast to build and I don’t want to take it all apart. I’m pretty handy and it took about 5 hours to build on my own.
