Okay. I have been hooked on these headphones since I was a kid, and I am SO HAPPY I found them again on Amazon. These are probably some of the best cheap headphones I've ever used. The sound quality isn't perfect- when listening to music, there's little to no bass (you don't feel it), but nothing is grainy. The sound is actually really clear, just no "layers" (or minimal layers)? They're the only cheap headphones I can stomach listening to my music through. The memory foam earpiece blocks out all noise and enhances what is played. These headphones are also a plug-in with no wireless capabilities. It's what I'm looking for, but maybe not everyone. These are some tough headphones I've had 4 pairs since they first came to the stores that's about 15-20 years I have stepped on the headphone and broke it open I put it back together still worked What's it's best feature is what it don't say in it's product info which is it's practically waterproof I have washed them in the washer and dried them in the dryer over 10 times on 1 pair (not on purpose) it still worked didn't stop any feature from working even the mic still worked (i only use warm water in my washer so i have not tried hot water, and i only use low heat on my dryer so i cant say if it survives med or high and im not gonna try either one lol) BUT it does have 1 nemesis it can't survive... my cat ... show more

I have loved JVC Marshmallow earbuds since around 2007 when I got my first iPod. I loved them so much that I always bought a set for, or at least recommended them to, anyone I knew who got an iPod. Fast forward to 2020, I bought a pair of them for my iPhone and iMac and was pleased to see that they were still the great earbuds that I remembered but just updated. Naturally, when I needed earbuds in 2022 for my iPhone and MacBook, I wanted to get another set of earbuds. These are so great and I love how comfortable they are. I’m sure there are earbuds and headphones that have better sound quality, but I don’t want to waste money buying them when I know how good these are. I hate that I can't find these earbuds locally anymore. I have loved these earbuds for more than a decade now and will continue to buy them as I wear them out. They fit my ears perfectly without going too deep. The sound quality is superb even at low volumes. I had to use other brands until I could get my hands on a pair of marshmallows again and the difference is night and day. Other earbuds are either very uncomfortable or the sound is muffled ... or both. JVC makes the marshmallows so that you get the entire sound experience (music, audiobooks or movies) AND comfort. I have been buying JVC Marshmello earbuds for years because they are so comfortable. It’s probably been about a year or so since I’ve purchased any so I was very sad to find out that the cord has been shortened by 8+ inches. I bought 2 pairs (different colors) and they are both short. Blue is old pair white is the new pair. ... show more

Ok, so it cancels out kids yelling at each other in the back of the house. They're super comfortable, and really cute. NOW on to the good stuff. They have decent enough sound quality for me. They also SURVIVED ME WASHING AND DRYING THEM in a washer and dryer. They're a little lighter pink now, cords a little gummy and twisted in a spot. HOWEVER they still work PERFECTLY, like it never happened. Do I recommend doing what I did? No, of course not. BUT if you DO, there's a chance they will survive just fine! Great set of headphones definitely worth the $20 I paid. Even more worth it on sale! ... show more

Pro: These are my go to wired headphones. They're not meant to be nose cancelling, I don't think... But they do shut out a lot of outside noise. Because of this, the sound coming from these headphones is great. Con:. To be honest, these headphones won't last me more than 8 months. It's because I work out with them on and they get sweat on them, or maybe I'll be doing work outside and they get knocked around a bit after a while only one side works and I know it's time to get it replaced.
