    • Cheap parts/material
Valves started sticking after a few uses and was not helped by valve oil. Wouldn’t accept it for a return as it had been over 30 days. No music store in my area will touch it for repair due to cheap parts

Band director with 19 years experience here. This instrument is awful. A student bought it and brought it to class today. PLEASE check with your child’s teacher before purchasing an instrument. My student is now stuck with a $130 paper weight that doesn’t play. Avoid at all costs.
