The keyboard cover arrived early and was easy to install. The cover over the tablet fits tightly, so it isn't something you'll want to remove frequently, but you shouldn't need to. The slot for the pen is helpful and it protects it from loss very well; haven't had any problems with it in the weeks I've used the cover prior to writing this review. The keyboard attaches/detaches easily via a stong magnet and closing it puts the tablet into sleep mode, and opening it wakes the tablet instantly. It is rigid and the key press action feels very good, even when typing on my lap. It recognizes most traditional Windows keyboard commands, which is very helpful. I especially like the manual on/off switch, making checking its status much easier than electronic versions; also, it has led indicators showing bluetooth connection, Caps Lock etc. The backlight function is easy to toggle on and off, and it has color and brightness options, but I really don't need to use them after the initial setup. Initially, the keyboard was frustrating in that it would insert jibberish letters and delete portions of prior words when using the Enter key or space key, which required use of the Undo Command repeatedly, and the mousepad Tap and Drag didn't work; however, it appears it may be related to the UI 7 software version installed on my tablet at the time. When Samsung updated it to UI 8, all the problems went away; in fact, I've typed this entire review without any issues. It should be noted that it perhaps wasn't a UI 7 version problem; it could have been a bad UI 7 install initally that was rectified with UI 8 update, so that should be taken into consideration. The overall size is similar to the Microsoft Surface Go 10" tablet I replaced, so that's a big plus for me since portability and my need for unobtrusive use in meetings was the key for purchasing the S10FE tablet (thanks go to Microsoft for discontinuing Windows 10 operating system, which forced me to look at other small tablet options). I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase, and would purchase it again.

Case feels very sturdy and wraps the tablet in a rubbery shell similar to a smart phone case. The keyboard connects magnetically and is very easy to attach and remove which is exactly what I wanted. The tablet case stays on when the keyboard is detached, and has a kickstand type flex back which is very sturdy and supports the tablet both horizontally or vertically. I was specifically looking for these features so I can use the tablet as a movie screen on a plane without consuming my entire tray table (like some other folding cases do). When you do need the keyboard, just connect it and you are good to go. Couple minor complaints: 1) it has an on/off slide switch - I think it would be better if it had an on/off push button so you push it to turn on, but then it would turn itself off after some time of no use, or when you close the pad. I've already forgotten to turn it off a few times now. 2) It has a pen holder built in which is very nice, and holds the pen firmly in place - this works great when transporting it in a backpack or something so you don't have to worry about the pen falling off the magnetic holder. The problem with this pen holder is it is very tight, and it is near impossible to get the pen out of it after you put it in without using some sort of tool (a pen, pencil, paper clip, etc.) to pry one side out. You can't fit your finger in there because the entire width is as narrow as the pen (they should have put a wide grab area in the middle so you had a place to grab the pen). Overall form, function, and price are all great for this case - assuming it holds up.

I bought this for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 Lite. Previously I had a case where the keyboard was held on magnetically. It was a total pain moving the keyboard in order to use it then repositioning it in order to close the case. Also it was bulky to use the tablet just as a tablet. After reviewing 3 keyboard cases on Amazon I decided on this one for the following reasons: (1) reviews regarding the quality (2) the ability to remove the tablet from the keyboard easily. I just got this keyboard case today and these are my first impressions. This is a quality device. The kickstand is a metal hinge that stays exactly where you put it. There's a tab on the right side you can flip out to pull the kick stand out. Once I discovered this it made setting the kickstand very easy. The keys feel great. The backlighting is superb with multiple colors and 3 different intensities for each color. My tablet paired with the keyboard flawlessly and worked perfectly. The tablet is easy to remove from the keyboard via a magnet and practically self attaches when you get it close to the powerful magnets. I didn't have to fiddle with repositioning it. I echo other reviews regarding the slot for the pen holder. Once the pen goes in it's very secure. I discovered that if I pull down the rubber side of the pen slot I was able to remove the pen easier. No doubt this is a learned skill. The track pad is precise and smooth. This keyboard case does everything I wanted it to do. I held back one star because I haven't been able to use it enough to determine if the 80+ hr battery life is accurate. If it is then this is a 5-star item. I'll report back to update this review.

First of all, I just got this case today and have only played with it for a couple of hours. I like the feel of the keys. I like that I can change the colors of the keyboard or turn them off all together. The keyboard connects to the back of the tablet very easily. I like that it comes apart so I can use the keboard or pencil. Slim design. I did see that I can turn the trackpad off, which I will probably do because it randomly goes to my apps screen and I am assuming it is because I'm doing something on the trackpad. The kickstand doesn't bother me at all when I am using the pencil. If anything changes my review, I will update.
