The media could not be loaded. Purchased to have a way to wash clothes at camp when I’m enjoying extended stays. I picked it up (not heavy at all), put it in my camper tub/shower for easy draining. Use shower head to fill so did not use connection hose to fill. I used 1/8 C detergent, w/Downy Unstoppables. It washed, switched it to drain, it drained- switched it back to wash, refilled w/water to do a rinse cycle, and then drained it. Left knob on drain, put a few articles in the spin tub, only spun it for 2 min. Holy cow does that spin tub get water out!! They were literally dripping... after spin they were nearly dry!! I LOVE this!! I have to pay for laundry and I just had a baby so it would’ve been expensive to do laundry every day for small items!! I gave it a 4 for maneuverability because I wish it had handles on both sides so it’d be easier to pick up and move out of the tub or to. Would recommend 100%!
