  • Great product with GREAT customer service
This product has AMAZING customer support. When I first started assembling the trampoline, we had to shift it a few feet (after I attached the springs and jump surface) and the edge rail completely bent past recovery. My fault, but the seller immediately sent out replacement parts. Unfortunately they were not the correct parts, but upon my informing the company of this, they immediately sent out the correct ones - all in two-day shipping at NO COST to me. Once I had the correct parts my friend and I assembled the trampoline fairly quickly. I will advise anyone though of three things: 1) don’t move the trampoline once the edge rail is in place, and if you do, slide the pieces out and don’t move it as one whole unit. 2) when you put the legs into the top rail supports in the very first steps of assembly, CHECK WHICH LEGA HAVE HOLES. This is not stressed in the assembly instructions, so I didn’t even notice. I did notice however when I tried to put up the netting and discovered the legs with holes are the support for the netting, so I had to disassemble the entire structure, carefully swap out the legs to ensure the ones with holes went in the correct order, and reassemble everything. 3) use additional heavy-duty anchors to prevent the frame from bending past repair in high winds. One other consideration is that although the padding covers the springs, but does not secure the inside lip, so if kids bounce close to the padding they can hit their feet on the springs from the pad lifting a little from the surface. I got the 15-ft model so the kids have plenty of room to avoid the edges, but this might be a concern for some parents. It was very frustrating having to assemble this thing three times and disassemble twice - once because of the frame bending, the second time to correct the order of the support legs - but it wasn’t a difficult assembly and the company was very supportive through it all. And honestly those issues were my mistake anyway. Now we have a big and sturdy trampoline that my kids are thoroughly enjoying, even the teenager! I’m very pleased with my selection and hope the family enjoys it for years to come. ... show more

  • Amazing quality and wonderful customer service
My family loves this trampoline. I researched many different brands and sizes and I am so glad I decided on this one. It’s very well constructed and sturdy. We use it almost every day! Assembly was challenging but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Putting together any trampoline is daunting but my husband and I knocked it out in a couple of hours. We are very pleased with the product and have recommended to a few other families, one of which also purchased it and love it! Customer service is wonderful also. We were hit by Hurricane Zeta and our trampoline was badly damaged. Having to replace the whole thing is not in the budget because we have home repairs from storm damage that take precedence. I contacted the company to see if we could order just the parts that need to be replaced (the mat, some of the frame and the net poles) and Jess has been wonderful in getting us what we need! ... show more

  • Great value and quality
Arrived fast! Easy to assemble, but the handle to help pull the springs broke on the first one. Luckily we had tools to make it work. The child is extremely happy to have a trampoline to jump on, mom and dad had fun jumping too. Great way for the child to get some fresh air and exercise while we are cooped up and not about to go the park and play. ... show more

  • Difficult assembly, broken tools
I am very able bodied. It took my mother and I 4 hours to get this thing together. My first issue is that the base frame isn't held together by anything except the leg pieces. This means the last piece is just held in by hopefully the pressure of the other pieces. Attaching the springs was the hardest part. We started, as suggested by several online tutorials by putting on every 10th spring and working back around to reduce tension in any one spot and make it easier to attach the mat. However, it required a lot of force to pull some of the springs, to the point that BOTH the spring tools they provided snapped as I pulled back the spring, leaving us with nothing to use and having to find another tool (in addition to a sore hand from the spring snapping back) Additionally, some of the holes for the springs weren't the right size and required us to hammer the spring into place while trying to keep it pulled back. This took a lot of time and effort. The posts and netting weren't terrible to put on, but, directions weren't real clear and it took us a little bit to figure it out. My other complaint is that the spring cover doesn't seem to fit properly, it shifts often despite retying and fitting it several times. Overall, as my kids (who are very young and don't weigh much) jump, it seem the trampoline moves more than it should, so I am a little nervous things aren't completely secure. They do however, love it, and it was a decent price so that helped bump the star rating. ... show more

  • What a difference compared to cheap trampoline
So if you are wondering if there's really a difference between this and a cheap trampoline, there is. This trampoline is so sturdy and the bounce is really different. We've only had this trampoline up for a couple of weeks, but really happy so far. When you assemble this thing, wear old clothes because whatever coating is on the metal gets all over you. They give you gloves in the package for a good reason. Once the trampoline is assembled, you don't really touch the metal parts. The ladder isn't the best. We had a much nicer ladder that i purchased for our old trampoline and we're using it instead. For $600, you should get a decent ladder, but that's a minor issue. ... show more
