We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My Granddaughter has had this for around 6 months and plays on it for hrs several times a week. It was easy to put together for her parents who have also been in it. They keep it outdoors in Louisiana and it has held up well. It’s great that the support bars curve away from the sides so she can’t run into them. We also purchased some soft plastic balls and put them inside with her. There’s over a hundred so every time she jumps they bounce all over the place. Makes it more exciting for her when she’s jumping by herself. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Setup is really easy. And it gave us a 5 day shipping window and it came by noon the second day. Less than 48hrs after purchase. That was from middle Tennessee to STL. So they don't tell you in the instructions that the frame pieces fit inside eachother on the ends. Also get a ratchet or ratcheting end wrench in 10mm. That little wrench tool they send is a joke. But BEWARE! Everything on this is easily overtorqued. The bolts, the steps, all pretty cheap. So don't go wild tightening with all your might. It won't take it. So lastly, it does look cool. Kind of modern look for something that's been around forever. The net does not go perfectly straight down like the picture shows. If you look at other reviews and mine you can see it bows in a little. But not bad at all. We're pretty happy with it but it does do some moving and shaking even with my 85lb child lightly jumping. I'm 210lb 6ft man and I gave it my all (you know, to test it) and it held up perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

I purchased the 12’ model for my daughter. I’m a single parent and was worried about putting this together - but it was a breeze! I had a friend help and it took us about an hour. The assembly video from Jumpzylla online was really helpful and it was really easy to do. I was worried about how the quality of this trampoline would be because it was such a reasonable price - but the quality is excellent!!! Really well made and quality materials. I was extremely happy with the trampoline, the ease of assembly! (I was nervous I'm a single mom and this was a Christmas gift for my 6 year old son). I am in shock at how good their customer service is. Unfortunately, shortly after giving my son the trampoline for Christmas, a bad storm came and blew the entire thing over a fence and into a neighbors yard. THIS was my fault. The trampoline survived extremely well, with only 3 support poles being bent. I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing replacement poles. They were kind, prompt and have sent replacement poles free of charge! They went above and beyond and I highly recommend the product and the company. ... show more

Ordered the 14ft and it came in much earlier than originally projected, which was great. Great quality material and I was able to assemble it by myself in an hour or so. Kids absolutely love it. Really like how it sits lower than most trampolines, because it’s easier for smaller kids to get on/off and makes it less dangerous. The safety net is a perfect addition and the arched outer poles give it a really cool design. 5 Stars from me! ... show more
